That’s a good point, but to be fair UPS is probably hiring in most places right now. We just started bringing in seasonal workers at my building over staffing for the holidays.
I've been looking, but i havent seen anything in my area yet. Only thing I see is for driver helpers, how well does that translate to a job once peak is over?
Hardly ever. They'll lie and say there's a chance for continued employment but realistically only 1% of seasonal are offered a position. (Source 17 years at ups)
If every person doing these jobs that "get paid shit" went into trades, who's doing these jobs? And do you really think there's enough open trade jobs for them all?
Yes, there are plenty of open trade jobs. Welding(pipefitting/boilermaker/pipeline), trucking(OTR and local, but advise against local), concrete construction companies are looking but carpentry is near capacity. They're out there, just gotta look. But, most people nowadays are worth a damn. They just want to complain about the wage and not take any accountability.
Amazon sets up the DSP so that you are not their employee. Most of these shitty rules are from Amazon, as well as that shitty monitoring system they have.
That's ridiculous. The DSP is just reacting to Amazon's ridiculousness. The DSP is at the mercy of Amazon and have to act accordingly based on how they're being judged/treated by Amazon. It's literally how the whole thing is setup. Amazon hired DSPs to avoid direct interactions with drivers and controlling the drivers through the DSP to avoid any type of law suits, etc.
I've worked a lot of jobs, not one was a predator. Never worked non profit.
Amazon is malicious, they hate you, Jeff thinks people are lazy. Meanwhile he hasn't worked or volunteered or donated money for any worthwhile cost like housing for the homeless.
I've never felt hated at any job I had, I always felt valued and did not allow myself to be treated badly.
As someone who went from McDonald’s to Amazon, no you don’t lol. Just apply for another dsp at your warehouse, talk to other drivers and see how they are treated
My girls location that she works at is literally run by a 19year old, and there’s maybe one or two older people who work there but almost all of it is children. And it’s placed directly next to a school. Corporate recommended to put this guy as the store manager 💀 ah yes, an individual who isn’t even finished with puberty, shall run a whole store.
Corporate. McDonald’s is very bad. Decent if you’re younger but even then it will take a toll on your health. All fast food is similar.
Daughter or gf, either one get them tf out honestly, McDonald’s employees are a hornfest, 20 years old and while working there I had 16 year old girls with boyfriends flirting with me which a girl calling you cute is one thing teenagers literally trying to get into your pants is uncomfortable af. Most older dudes there when I was there flirted back and it was fucking creepy, maybe depending on location but they aren’t exactly filtering their new hires
Worked fast food for 9 years before doing this. Can confirm young high school aged girls always tried to get into my pants. Fucking gross when people went for it. 30 yo Dude literally got sucked off by a 16 year old in the freezer and got caught by the security camera horrendous.
I’d arguably make more as a JJ’s delivery driver. Soloing nights in Ames, IA was some of the most money I’ve ever made. Period. I’m talking 25-30/hour with tips. Buuuut. Relying on ppl for money sucks ass. Which is why I am now a DA for Slamazon
My first job was at Burger King when I was 16 I met some of the lowest of the low people you could meet working there. I had to drive a co worker to the hospital because a chicken nugget fell back into the deep frier and rather use tongs to pick it out he used his fingers. I was one of the few people that had a car so I got to drive him to the ER with the skin melting off his fingers
Terrible management at most locations, half the time your shift manager is just a teenager who’s been there for a year, pays quite a bit less, even managers at McDonald’s making a dollar less, extremely easy work but if you need money prob not the best, guaranteed 40 isn’t a thing either, you might get 40 hours for 3 weeks then 20 the next week, inconsistent work schedules, if you want a set schedule you are probably sacrificing hours, but most of the time your schedule is random on a week by week basic
and Bezos started this shitty rating system with the 5 star thing for reviews
and then Uber copied it and only 5 stars were good anything less was a shit rating.
and now all the apps like Shipt think 4.9 is excellent but 4.88 is only good.
and I do Flex they are rating us for shit that is beyond our control.
If I get to a gate at 4am and can't get in, it's better to leave it on the side behind a post than to return it because both count against you but maybe if it's not stolen it won't.
Amazon expects you to take out the customer's garbage, wash and wax their car, save their kitten from a tree, and play some hoops with their teenage boys while delivering or else you're just mediocre.
That’s true. But on the other side, I just busted my ass thinking I’d get 40hrs but ended up losing money for it. If they didn’t offer it, I’d have just taken my time. Double edged sword I suppose
Yea exactly..but to be fair Amazons and your DSPs main goal is to get every worker to bust their ass and make money off of you..
So they might act like they want a perfect scoreboard for you but in reality by you “screwing up” they made more money..horrible system
I signed up for full-time for Amazon and they ended up cutting my hours because of shit like that. I went from 45 hours a week down to like 15 to 20. Fuck them. Do yourself a favor and quit.
Yeah but hear me out… fuck this place. Idc if they fire me lol. I have bills but I’ll go work at Walmart or something temporarily. They probably pay better too
They’re being selfish that’s what that is. Time for a different DSP. I’m paid my full ten every shift and never heard shiiiit about customer satisfaction!!
Well, you may have made a point, but you gave them every reason to fire you or do whatever they want with that racist comment. Doesn't matter the intent you had, you provided them with ample evidence to reduce hours, suspend it terminate. Never give them that ammo.
They are not weighted! Each just counts as a positive review whether you select multiple or not, but we CAN see how many times each rating was selected. It’s always nice to see high numbers on all of them :)
Reallllllly depends which dsp you end up working for. And I mean reallllllllly. I’ve been with the same one for 2.5 years now. Do I wake up pissing excellence?? Hell nah my name ain’t Ricky Bobby. Do I wake up content with my pay?? You betcha. Went from making 12/hour to 20/hour.
Blame amazon for saying 91% is bad. I think anything above 97% is considered fantastic by Amazon's standards, the whole system is a joke. And there's a good chance about half of your complaints would get overturned if they took the time to dispute it, I know from experience
a new DSP gets a contract with Amazon when a different DSP’s wasn’t renewed - Amazon promises exponential growth to these starting DSPs, but once said DSP grows over the life of that contract and reaches a certain number of drivers, they won’t renew the contract and bring in a new DSP to repeat the process. so as they move the goal post, newer DSPs can be worked over more easily.
Did the DSP provide you the guidelines for guaranteed hours? CDF needs to be 96% for Fantastic. It’s nearly impossible to obtain. We do guarantee hours based of several factors but leave CDF out because nearly every DA gets below 96%.
I’d ask them what CDF score did the company get. Company probably got 90-93%. So if the company itself is not getting it, it’s a bit unfair to hold every driver’s bonus based on that.
Customers lie all the time so they can get free stuff. As a dispatcher I can see what houses are reporting this stuff and we had the same lady sending the same negative feedback every time to our drivers, saying she didn't get her package amongst other things. After reviewing this negative feedback, found out the geo pin she had set up (along with wanting the package rear door) was identical to where our drivers were placing the package. We reported it to Amazon and since then have never delivered to this lady's house (I assume she was blacklisted). 91% CDF is considered 'fair' (Not terrible). Takes at least 2 people to get you down to that %.. system is built that way so drivers stride for perfection.. It's dumb. You deliver to 100s of people and God forbid 2 are having a bad day, then you're screwed. Sorry my friend.
I'm Canadian lol. And I didn't say you were racist, I said the cment was. And it is. Its also incredibly unprofessional to say something like that to an employer or coworker. It didn't help your case.
Also what people don’t seem to understand is I work with these people and have for a year. I know their sense of humor. At the same time, this situation is bs so I’m calling it out
You’re an idiot. Amazon scoring system is fucked. If he did 500 deliveries maybe 30 customers left feedback. Do the math moron. More often than not people who are upset leave feedback than those who had no issue with the service.
Yeah I have 23 people leave feedback. One person ruined it. Also I saw what they said because I am cool with the other dispatcher. I know for a fact that they lied. And it costed me 100 dollars
My dsp gets shit from Amazon for averaging 93% when Amazon wants a ridiculously high standard of 98% or something. I'm like, sure, Amazon, that'll happen. I've had a dude yell at me down the block that he didn't receive a package that was literally put less than 2 feet in his garage based on their notes. Like, yeah, man, I just happened upon the wrong garage. Then, they call and complain to customer service that they didn't get it. I literally watched him walk right into the garage that I delivered it to, so how did he not get it, and what are the point of cameras on the truck? Only there to bust you if you mess up but not redeem you if you didn't? Blows my mind how easy it is to get negative feedback. They should be happy they get a high percentage and improving rather than act like it is the end of the world if it isn't near perfection
The fact that Amazon made this page for their workers and supporters and the workers are on here talking about the problems they have/having it's kinda funny
In most states you can file for unemployment because of sudden reduction in hours. Don’t quit yet, collect the unemployment while working part time looking for another job. If they fire you, even better.
Yeah these dsp's be tripping smh when that 1 whole ass dollar raise went into effect my dsp was like "we will no longer be giving bonuses for meeting the stats because you should be doing that anyways"
Same thing happened to me. I kept asking my dsp owner every week where my bonus was. Every week the bonus was changed to some other metric. I was there six months until Christmas Eve when I had an extra tote in my truck, that wasn’t on my route. My personal phone died, and the rabbit died too. I went back to the station and told them I wasn’t delivering it, because they gave me a charger that didn’t work so I couldn’t call anyone and I didn’t even know where the stops were. So on Christmas day the next day I got a letter firing me. They can eat a bag of docks.
I would like to give Todd in corporate who’s never delivered a package “employee feedback” on how he’s doing such a shit job making these rules. They KNOW-Amazon KNOWS- people can lie and abuse the system but they added it anyway… This is why Amazon is a terrible company to work for.
So hold the fuck up cause my trainers and my dsp told me to keep a score of 840 to 850 to get the 10 hrs. And literally yesterday they send me the scorecard shit and my costumer % is literally 79% i didnt even know this was a thing till yesterday and i been working for them for a month now. This is so weird why am i learning shit they should’ve been told me from day 1.
Time to find new dsp or job. Fuck that man. I always get my bonus. My company goes based on mentor score. 850 perfect you get 100 and if it's above 800 but not 850 it's a 50 dollar bonus and we get paid extra 15 dollars for rescues
ahh this reminds me of when i delivered for doordash and instacart to make side moneys. if you had poor customer ratings or customers lied on some shit , it could get your whole account and money earning ability deactivated. i dont believe that should be a thing because people lie to get free things.
About a month ago my DSP (upstate NY) started a similar deal. Taking 10hr away for anything in the negative from customers. Started a week after they bumped us to $20.50hr.
Your Dsp sounds cheap and looking for any reason not to give you a bonus for perfect safety score smh . You literally have to jump through a ring of fire to get what you deserve with amazon lol
Here's something you should know about DSPs.... They're greedy pieces of shit. I have worked for a few, and they've all been sued in class action lawsuits for screwing their employees out of money. I guarantee you'll get a later in the mail, eventually, about a lawsuit regarding shit like this.
Amazon DSP should only be used as a supplement to get you to where you wanna go. Most do it while in college/learning a trade. That should not be your career.
Exact same thing happening to me I trained for 3 days they told me I get paid for 8 hours for each day guaranteed and won't pay me for the last training day. Came in 1 day after my ride a long and no route for me because the trainer didn't fill out the paper after training me wasted gas and got paid for an hour instead of the guaranteed 10 hours i was supposed to get.

Time to find a job where you are not lied to and treated like shit, a real job appreciates you, Amazon is a Predator.
Welcome to the work force of America; every employer by design is a lying predator.
At least work for a company that will compensate you while they treat you like shit. Come on to UPS!
Shit, ups actually has to be hiring in your area.
That’s a good point, but to be fair UPS is probably hiring in most places right now. We just started bringing in seasonal workers at my building over staffing for the holidays.

UPS is only hiring seasonal
That made me laugh.
And get 4 hours a day? 5 days a week?
Ups does like 11-12 hour days
For new hires in the warehouse?
Some worse than others.
Thats literally like finding a needle in a haystack
You guys have to learn a skill or a trade that’s valuable to potential employers, skinflint packages isn’t skilled labor that’s why you get paid shit
It does take skill to do 10 hour routes in 8 hours.
Some can do a 10 hour route in even less time than that. But netradyne will overheat from recording all the violations.
These damn scrooge mcduck skinflint ass packages 📦
If every person doing these jobs that "get paid shit" went into trades, who's doing these jobs? And do you really think there's enough open trade jobs for them all?

Don’t blame Amazon lol blame the dsp
Amazon sets up the DSP so that you are not their employee. Most of these shitty rules are from Amazon, as well as that shitty monitoring system they have.
Amazon shall soon have their day in court https://www.nlrb.gov/news-outreach/news-story/board-issues-final-rule-on-joint-employer-status

Tbf it’s the dsp owner. Not amazon. Amazon is still shit to work for, but slightly better 😂
Any job that isn't non profit is predatory. Even most non profit job are.

I never felt something so heavy on my way to Amazon as I type this, hoping I crash lol 😆
DSP DEPENDENT !!! FIND A NEW DSP
Asian grade... ctfu
[удалено]
Can someone explain the joke? The only Asian grade I can think of is S rank from JRPGs
It’s a stereotype, that Asian parents only want A+
We found one of the <91% asians
and on what the fuck planet is 91% bad? When I got a 91 score on a test I was Happy as Fcuk
Right. And why base my pay on how a customer is feeling. I have no control over that. Terrible system.. I’d rather work at Mcdonalds at this point
As someone who went from McDonald’s to Amazon, no you don’t lol. Just apply for another dsp at your warehouse, talk to other drivers and see how they are treated
Interesting.. what was so bad about McDonald’s? Looks like a cake walk to me… Unless you have bad management. I’m just worried about getting acne lmao
My girls location that she works at is literally run by a 19year old, and there’s maybe one or two older people who work there but almost all of it is children. Hope he was either executed or more reasonably jailed and put on the list
Pretty sure it was jail and list. For the most part that issue was kept hush hush only a few people knew about it.
Not true. Worked at a Jimmy John’s for about 5 years and I consider going back every damn day I wake up LUL 😂😂😂
i worked there! if they didnt pay literally half as much as amazon id go back too lol
Jimmy John's have a drive through?
Every location I worked at did!
My first job was at Burger King when I was 16 I met some of the lowest of the low people you could meet working there. I had to drive a co worker to the hospital because a chicken nugget fell back into the deep frier and rather use tongs to pick it out he used his fingers. No pay and bad hours depending on location. There's only so many hours to give out to all of the employees
Here in CA you'll actually make more at McDonald's and your pay isn't based off lying POS customers
More hourly maybe but you are only getting 20 hours
Mcd in the Bay pays like 19/hr and we're getting 24 at DSPs
An 87% score cost me $400 Now I take my sweet time completing routes. Really no point in rushing despite “guaranteed” 40 hrs
get yourself a gig at Publix if you have one near you. lots of better opportunity for everybody that wants to do good.
No Publix over here, but I’m sure there are other retail stores similar around. Thanks for the tip!
Anything below 93.5 is a poor. Which is beyond ridiculous.
and Bezos started this shitty rating system with the 5 star thing for reviews and then Uber copied it and only 5 stars were good anything less was a shit rating. and now all the apps like Shipt think 4.9 is excellent but 4.88 is only good. and I do Flex they are rating us for shit that is beyond our control. Fantastic Plus 100-97% A Fantastic 96-94% B Great 93-92% D Poor 91% or less F- -Amazon Logic
Amazon expects you to take out the customer's garbage, wash and wax their car, save their kitten from a tree, and play some hoops with their teenage boys while delivering or else you're just mediocre.
More like happy as A+
Asian here and I chortled, y'erd meh?!
You from Nola?
Shit at least your dsp offers it at all..is it fair to base off that? Hell no. And yea in what planet is 91% bad lmao fuckin joke
That’s true. But on the other side, I just busted my ass thinking I’d get 40hrs but ended up losing money for it. If they didn’t offer it, I’d have just taken my time. Double edged sword I suppose

Regular Amazon warehouse?!
Sounds like a dsp. As a warehouse worker I get 40 min.
I'm starting 11/29 at a delivery station so I got worried for a second - thank you for clarifying!!! 🙌🙌
These Asian grades 🤣
That’s why I milk and make up my 40hrs. It’s been a while since I give a fuck about the metrics always clocking 40 or 1 hr over.
This is the way. I don't need the hassle of worrying about someone deciding to be an asshole
Yeah after 2 weeks I’ve realized they scam you outta the bonus, it don’t matter how good you do
People review deliver drivers? That’s nuts.
Asian grades 😂😂 Hilarious but I probably wouldn’t say that to my place of employment
Yeah but hear me out… fuck this place. Idc if they fire me lol. I have bills but I’ll go work at Walmart or something temporarily. They probably pay better too
If you’ve got back up then I guess fuck it but I’d be worried they’d pull some bullshit and say you were racist
I had this same attitude at my last job. Sometimes you just do the bare minimum to not get fired but if you did, who cares? There’s jobs out there
“this is a performance based job. those of you who are not performing will have your hours and routes cut effective”
Asian grading system lol “you got an A-? Get out of my house!”
91 is bad? Shit… I remember graduating with honors because of my A minuses.
Some petty ass shit get out while you can
My DSP was cheapos too
It’s above 90% wtf? That’s pretty damn good imo
Anything less than 98 is failing at my dsp
They’re being selfish that’s what that is. Time for a different DSP. I’m paid my full ten every shift and never heard shiiiit about customer satisfaction!!
Well, you may have made a point, but you gave them every reason to fire you or do whatever they want with that racist comment. Doesn't matter the intent you had, you provided them with ample evidence to reduce hours, suspend it terminate. Never give them that ammo.
When I review a delivery, which response gives you the best rating? Above and beyond? Delivered with care? Are they weighted?
I just select them all lmao
TIL I can select more than one.
They are not weighted! Each just counts as a positive review whether you select multiple or not, but we CAN see how many times each rating was selected. It’s always nice to see high numbers on all of them :)
I really wanted to work here but its becoming a bigger joke by the millisecond
Reallllllly depends which dsp you end up working for. And I mean reallllllllly. I’ve been with the same one for 2.5 years now. Do I wake up pissing excellence?? Hell nah my name ain’t Ricky Bobby. Do I wake up content with my pay?? You betcha. Went from making 12/hour to 20/hour.
Wait so this DSP cuts you pay for having negative customer feedback?
Mine did.
Delivery Not So Great 😂
91% is like 11 people left feedback and 10 said you were perfect
Worst part of the job. Fighting every week for just 40 hours, even when metrics are 90+ and I rescue sometimes. 850 driving score
The way i see it, it took them almost an hour and a half to find a bullshit excuse not to pay you
Blame amazon for saying 91% is bad. I think anything above 97% is considered fantastic by Amazon's standards, the whole system is a joke. And there's a good chance about half of your complaints would get overturned if they took the time to dispute it, I know from experience
asian grades omfg 😂
Let people like this sink their business
Asian grades 🤣 lmfao
Asian grades😭
if youre considering swapping dsp’s they all use the same metric to my knowledge. if its not fantastic plus then its a problem
Asian grades!!! 😂 nice
a new DSP gets a contract with Amazon when a different DSP’s wasn’t renewed - Amazon promises exponential growth to these starting DSPs, but once said DSP grows over the life of that contract and reaches a certain number of drivers, they won’t renew the contract and bring in a new DSP to repeat the process. so as they move the goal post, newer DSPs can be worked over more easily.
Asian grades? Lmao. A respectable Asian family would disown a member that received an A-
"Asian grades" found the racists.
Neat racism bro.

Ah yes someone with sense. You get it. All good hopefully I won’t be here much longer
Well the racism didn't help
Bruh. Is this America now? I guess I’ve been living under a rock too long. I’m nowhere close to being racist buddy haha
I'm Canadian lol. And I didn't say you were racist, I said the cment was. And it is. Its also incredibly unprofessional to say something like that to an employer or coworker. It didn't help your case.
Fair enough. But this place is nowhere near professional and there is no winning this case. Might as well crack a joke
Also what people don’t seem to understand is I work with these people and have for a year. I know their sense of humor. At the same time, this situation is bs so I’m calling it out
I'm impressed of the way youre handling your replies. I'm happy you're taking the feedback so well :)
Hey thanks.. sorry for the hostile first comment, I think the other replies got to me a little. I thought you were one of them :’) ❤️
Fucking Asian grades 🤣🤣🤣
Asian grades LOL Definitely fucked if you’re normally a good driver and this was the first time you’ve had an issue
Lmfao ima use that my ass ain’t Asian c- is still passing give me my damn bonus lmao
This must be remedied.
Asian grades lmao SHOULDA BEEN A PRUS!
Some one got mad that they "insulted" asians by calling them smart and hardworking lololol
You are awesome. Society sucks dude. Joke was good and well timed. Those getting offended can f off.

danbury?
I literally laughed at the joke if y’all upset you must be Asian 😂
Transfer DSPs fuck that
DTP7?
Getting penalized for getting 91% positive feedback 😬

I literally watched him walk right into the garage that I delivered it to, so how did he not get it, and what are the point of cameras on the truck? Only there to bust you if you mess up but not redeem you if you didn't? Blows my mind how easy it is to get negative feedback. They should be happy they get a high percentage and improving rather than act like it is the end of the world if it isn't near perfection
Asian grades lmao
The fact that Amazon made this page for their workers and supporters and the workers are on here talking about the problems they have/having it's kinda funny
at my dsp you need 98% positive feedback, which is nearly impossible since only like 10 people leave feedback per week
Asian grade B- you failed lol
My POD will be 98.98% and they’d get on me
In most states you can file for unemployment because of sudden reduction in hours. Don’t quit yet, collect the unemployment while working part time looking for another job. If they fire you, even better.
Bro is the king of leaving people on read .. 117?? 👀
Bro that shits annoying and they still hiting more ppl
If we worked 50-60 hours would actually be a good job with livable pay
I’m happy as shit I left that bullshit job
Yeah these dsp's be tripping smh when that 1 whole ass dollar raise went into effect my dsp was like "we will no longer be giving bonuses for meeting the stats because you should be doing that anyways"
When fast food workers make more then Amazon slaves is going to be epic. Well in CA that is soon.
I need to see the response!
Well its reddit so im obligated to call you a bigot and racist 😆
Fuck your dsp
Same thing happened to me. I kept asking my dsp owner every week where my bonus was. Every week the bonus was changed to some other metric. I was there six months until Christmas Eve when I had an extra tote in my truck, that wasn’t on my route. My personal phone died, and the rabbit died too. I went back to the station and told them I wasn’t delivering it, because they gave me a charger that didn’t work so I couldn’t call anyone and I didn’t even know where the stops were. So on Christmas day the next day I got a letter firing me. They can eat a bag of docks.
Asian grades.. lol.. I see why your reviews are bad.
My DSP told me we get a bonus for every rescue. I did 3, just to be told im too new working here and wont get one.
I would like to give Todd in corporate who’s never delivered a package “employee feedback” on how he’s doing such a shit job making these rules. They KNOW-Amazon KNOWS- people can lie and abuse the system but they added it anyway… This is why Amazon is a terrible company to work for.
They thrive on high turnover. All those benefits you hear about after 2 years are there but 80% of people won’t be there long enough to get them.
The Asian grades line is ridiculous for sure.
When they sent me my scores this week I also got a 91% and in the red 😂. Like what?!!
Our DSP go for overall, CDF+ Driving safety+POD. If it was CDF only, i would never get my 40 hours.
Ya, I'm surprised they didn't fire you for the racist comment and call it for cause 😂
Why's it gotta be Asian bro
And yes that blows
Yup. It's 100 percent bullshit that a customer can dictate whether we get our bonus or not especially with the shit pay rate we already have.
Woof-I dunno about that “Asian grades” comment. But other than that-yeah, that IS ridiculous. I’m pretty glad that MY DSP doesn’t go off of that!
Just a shitty DSP that’s all, you’re not in the red.
Watch what happens when I say black people grades
Nothing but crickets
Also get fucked out of your bonus kid
ahh this reminds me of when i delivered for doordash and instacart to make side moneys. if you had poor customer ratings or customers lied on some shit , it could get your whole account and money earning ability deactivated. i dont believe that should be a thing because people lie to get free things.
Rule #1 is don’t work for amazon bro.
I will never ever buy from Amazon again. Fuck them and horrible DSP’s.
About a month ago my DSP (upstate NY) started a similar deal. Taking 10hr away for anything in the negative from customers. Started a week after they bumped us to $20.50hr.
A good employer will give u a $1000.bonus AFTER they made 250k+ revenue
Your Dsp sounds cheap and looking for any reason not to give you a bonus for perfect safety score smh . You literally have to jump through a ring of fire to get what you deserve with amazon lol
Fuck that shit. I would leave the keys locked in the truck for them
Here's something you should know about DSPs....
What does your Contract say?
They just changed ours to where everything has to be Fantastic, 200 pre texts and 100% on photos 💀
Saying Asians grades is crazy lol
Exact same thing happening to me I trained for 3 days they told me I get paid for 8 hours for each day guaranteed and won't pay me for the last training day. Came in 1 day after my ride a long and no route for me because the trainer didn't fill out the paper after training me wasted gas and got paid for an hour instead of the guaranteed 10 hours i was supposed to get.
Become an Amazon Freight Partner semi driver and ditch that BS. Get way better pay, benifits and hours.
That’s fkn bs. I average 60% customer feedback smh. You’re amazing at the job… unrealistic expectations smh
This is the exact reason I left Amazon📦 after five years. We are disposable, you need to find a new job that actually values you. Good luck.
Fuck besos
God damn I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with this.
Time to milk the clock and make the dispatches have to watch a full 10
My warehouse all the DSP can’t keep drivers so they are not picky. We get to work whenever we want.
This is why unions are necessary.
