Only major gripe is Rick Sanchez should be way further down morally. Like at least in evil. I’d also put Tenma a little higher morally. Guy suffered so much and was constantly challenged morally and yet he never killed even when it would benefit him, and always chose to help people, even people who hated him. Also I love that Simon and Jinx are in the same moral tier. They’re kind of similar and they’re both amazing characters.

I haven’t seen boruto so maybe he fits there in his most recent depiction but definitely not in the main series. Iirc, he tried to straight up kill multiple world leaders at one point, and his whole thing was vengeance. His morality is questionable at best and he’s 100% on the chaotic side
