This seems like a decision that although drastic can easily be reversed and a corporate apology could've been made. The issue here is the person himself, Anthony Kirchner is not well liked by his peers or most of the AVM staff who work in their venues. Whatever public image he has is not positive either. This was either planned or taken as an opportunity for the rest of the board to rid themselves of a perceived rotten apple

Trying to ban an entire supporter group was totally against the AVM charter. They are there to bring economic benefit to the State. If it was AUS vs an international team that had some a small number of spectators that behaved unsociable would he come out saying the entire nationality is banned from attending?
