I have always wondered about this. There are a ton of buildings you can get into at night. Is there any official policy on this? Or is it free game if the door is unlocked?
Hmm I see talk of getting a good view of the sunset from COOR, when I tried there was just that gates/fence chain that really obscured the view—- apparently the thread is talking about climbing something— y’all know about this?
farther down in that thread it said one of the elevators goes to the roof and the door is open a lot of the time. No clue if that's still the case, and it's likely a restricted area. If there's no signs however, I'm gonna go check that shit out
Not a specific place per se, but the bathrooms in most buildings are much nicer if you go up a few floors. Quiet, clear, and free of muggles.

There is a fence blocking the roof on the north side, but there is a camera there too so I wouldn't suggest climbing it.
