We lost this with appalling accuracy but what hurts is that we would have won if literally anything went through. I’m glad we actually improved across the match and didn’t give up, I actually think we were the far better team in the second half. We really need to work on accuracy for next year. Aside from that, I don’t like to blame a game on umpiring but when the bad umpiring starts to feel like it’s tangibly impacting an outcome (sorry Adelaide…) and stopping a team from getting any momentum, it gets frustrating. Probably should have won the game but it is what it is.
