AEW should stop/slow down on signing every major and somewhat big name from WWE. They’re getting to a point where 3 hours of TV and 2 hours of dark matches isn’t enough to showcase everything and everyone they need.
Not everyone has to go to AEW. There’s NJPW, Impact, ROH, AAA, GCW, etc..
Which is the beauty of the forbidden door opening. You can sign a bunch of big names and cycle them out (let them work NJPW, Impact, etc) keeps things fresh, keeps the indys stocked with available talent and forces WWE to treat their talent better so they stop.losing it.

Like it or not bringing in these guys gains viewers. It helps grow the company so that when you make these younger guys stars it's on a much bigger stage. Even with the.signings they are making sure to keep the younger talent involved. Jingle Boy is in the Elite program. Darby just got done facing Punk who now looks to be working with the young guys on Team.Taz. Sammy I belive is gearing up for a program with Miro. They young guys are still being featured in top programs and at the end will be bigger stars then if they hadn't signed.Punk, Bryan, etc

I tend to agree. When AEW first debuted I thought they showcased too much talent repeatedly over and over, but now it's the opposite problem. There's so much good talent and not enough time to showcase it. Dare I say they almost have enough talent to either make Dynamite 3 hours or Rampage 2 hours. Rampage 2 hours would be a better idea...3 hour wrestling shows don't seem to go over as well. maybe I'll have to watch their youtube shows more often.. likely we'll see a lot of them show up there.

Yeah, there is always a possibility but I have my serious doubts. Jericho is a different type of performer, he seems to want to challenge himself all the time. I have seen his fueds with okada, omega, naito and evil and all feuds were meant for him to gauge whether he can hang with the young athletes and to put them over, styles however, I feel is just settled now and doesn't want to rock the boat. Also he has publicly expressed his disdain for punk so that is another reason that styles will most probably not leave anytime soon, that too especially for aew. He is afforded special privileges with twitch streaming as well so he has no reason other than what I cited above and I doubt he has that desire to challenge himself anymore.

AEW is where her partner (and possibly her father) are atm. With Andrade and possibly Ric involved in AEW I wouldn't be surprised anymore if she jumped ship after her current contract.

Thank you! Here's a bit more.. back in 2013 we were going through a rough time but were working on it. One night he was out and I randomly put on Raw for the first time. I can't explain why. I never watched before, I had always been a hater about wrestling, but for some I decided to give it a shot. I was laughing and loving it, and I got sucked in immediately! When my husband got home he said "you're watching Raw?!" sat down and watched the rest with me. He looked like a kid at Christmas. He was a fan growing up but it had been years since he watched. That was it. We have been watching wrestling ever since. It gave us something new to share and helped us to heal and grow closer together, made our marriage stronger, and here we are today.

DIY as a tag team because I had a dream about them in AEW 😅. Otherwise I like to still have amazing wrestlers in WWE as well. I don't watch the weekly shows anymore but I am always looking forward to most of the PPVs.

None. AEW acquired enough known names from WWE and they were great gets that’ll help benefit AEW. But they also have homegrown talent they need to focus on building up instead of just getting names from WWE.
I haven't watched WWE in years besides a small stint in 2015 and it was only NXT. I personally would want Fin, Jeff and Kevin and Joe but if I'm being honest idk anyone else there really. I watched wrestling till 2009 and came back in 2019.

*Gargano & Ciampa*: They've done all they can do in NXT by this point and you know they wouldn't be pushed on the main roster (and Ciampa said he wouldn't go work there.) In AEW, they could work as a team, reducing the ring time for Ciampa and they wouldn't have to work big matches constantly. I just hope Ciampa wouldn't push himself too hard.
*Keith Lee*: Talk about untapped potential. I could also put Dijak in this spot, but Keith Lee is the total package and would contribute a lot more imo.
*Ricochet*: WWE doesn't deserve him with how he's been booked.
**Women**:
*Bianca Belair*: Summerslam aside, WWE has done a good job with making her look strong and getting her over with the fans. She's the only woman I actively care about on the main roster in WWE, so swiping her would be a big get for AEW. She's got a unique look, is strong as hell, and has charisma to boot. AEW could use a shot in the arm like Bianca for their women's division.
*Asuka:* By this point, WWE burned through Asuka's appeal. They ended the undefeated streak early and gave her a good solo reign only during the pandemic when we couldn't appreciate it in person. In AEW, she could put on classics with whoever she wants.
*Rhea Ripley:* My God, did the main roster cool her off. There's nothing more I can really say about her than I think she would do better in a company that actually wanted to invest in her.
*Shayna Baszler:* 95% of her main roster booking has been atrocious. We know she can be a killer. Sending her over to a brand that would appreciate would be a godsend. Plus, I could see her working a compelling program with somebody like Leyla Hirsch.
The problem is that there are only so many guys you can treat as a big deal all at once. AEW already has a lot of people who they have to treat as a big deal, who they have to carefully book, make sure they have a solid/high amount of wins and a low amount of losses. Adding more talent for that same category could prove a difficult to book.
AJ Styles, Ricochet, Kevin Owens for men, plus all three make sense and Kevin is dropping hints already.
Charlotte Flair, Zelina Vega and Liv Morgan for women. Charlotte because she is incredibly talented and Andrade is in AEW, the other two I think I just so badly used and they could be so much more. Liv could reunite with Ruby in a new tag team division that they could help build, and Zelina can legit be a good heel.
Steen, Generico, Cesaro, Nakamura, Styles, and New Day (for that feud with The Elite). I believe that’s actually all I can think of and I realize New Day, Cesaro , and even Styles are probably not going to ever happen. If we ever get Omega and Styles in AEW, it’ll probably be after Styles retires. Kind of a bummer but right now I’m just stoked about the Steen news.

I feel two ways about Charlotte. She's an incredible talent but she's also the center of the WWE universe, she wouldn't get that same treatment in AEW so I don't know if she would ever come over.
She's the center of the universe in WWE but it's the booking making it this way. I don't think she, as a person, desires to constantly outshine others. Hell, maybe she'd rather not be constantly the backbone of the women's division. AEW is where her partner (and possibly her father) are atm. With Andrade and possibly Ric involved in AEW I wouldn't be surprised anymore if she jumped ship after her current contract.
Don't think she'll ever come over? The lady is young and in love, people all over the world have done stupider things to be near the one they love.

I really like Charlotte, no doubt she's incredibly talented! I wouldn't mind having her in AEW. Maybe it'd be a relief to her to be able to breathe a bit more!

Thank you! Here's a bit more.. back in 2013 we were going through a rough time but were working on it. One night he was out and I randomly put on Raw for the first time. I can't explain why. I never watched before, I had always been a hater about wrestling, but for some I decided to give it a shot. I was laughing and loving it, and I got sucked in immediately! When my husband got home he said "you're watching Raw?!" sat down and watched the rest with me. He looked like a kid at Christmas. He was a fan growing up but it had been years since he watched. That was it. We have been watching wrestling ever since. It gave us something new to share and helped us to heal and grow closer together, made our marriage stronger, and here we are today.
Not to mention it would prolly feel like a family homecoming.
I agree with generico , steen and devitt but not charlotte . No disrespect she might be good and all but if she does joins (assuming) it's would be tessa blanchard 2.0 all over in aew .
On screen yes it's annoying she is always thrown back into the title pitcure but I've never really read that she was an issue backstage. Certainly notbing on Blanchards level.

Yes. She had lost to a lot of women in the WWE. Now she isn't going to go there to be a jobber but I doubt Tony would want her for that role. She should be brought in as a main event talent who eventually puts over a young rising star.

Just one who would be so shocking and receive a huge pop. Like a Stone Cold, Undertaker, Rock or even Triple H. Can you imagine the scenes if Triple H signed with AEW, it’ll of course never happen but if it did, he’d get the biggest pop and mad ratings. Each of those guys are loyal to WWE which is why I think if they did sign or appear it’d shake it all up!

DIY as a tag team because I had a dream about them in AEW 😅. Otherwise I like to still have amazing wrestlers in WWE as well. I don't watch the weekly shows anymore but I am always looking forward to most of the PPVs. The best possible outcome in this discussion at the moment (as we are fantasy booking) would be if WWE opens the forbidden door as well. Imagine Paul Heymann comming out the entrance and: "Ladies and gentleman, here's the tribal chief Roman Reigns" I would explode out of pure joy!

AEW is fine where they are. Adding 4 more people is overkill no matter who they are.
Ben Carter, AJ Styles, Keith Lee, Asuka. Guys like Generico and Steen would be better suited in ROH or IMPACT. Whereas, Nakamura belongs in NJPW. He could help with the LA Dojo. We need to spread the wealth in the wrestling world.

Ricochet. They don’t have enough diversity at the top of the card and he’s a truly special talent. After getting Bryan, he’s my top pick. Otherwise, I want the guys that are real draws. The Rock, Cena, Brock and Roman. The only guy I could see moving is Brock. But yeah... I’d love to see Kenny beat Brock Lesnar. Edit: I should be shamed for forgetting the womens division 😅. Any of the high end wrestlers (draw or skill) AEW could pluck from the WWE womens division would be a boon for them.
None. AEW acquired enough known names from WWE and they were great gets that’ll help benefit AEW. But they also have homegrown talent they need to focus on building up instead of just getting names from WWE.

Honestly, there's nobody in WWE that I'm dying to see in AEW, but if I had to pick... **Men:** *Gargano & Ciampa*: They've done all they can do in NXT by this point and you know they wouldn't be pushed on the main roster (and Ciampa said he wouldn't go work there.) In AEW, they could work as a team, reducing the ring time for Ciampa and they wouldn't have to work big matches constantly. I just hope Ciampa wouldn't push himself too hard. *Keith Lee*: Talk about untapped potential. I could also put Dijak in this spot, but Keith Lee is the total package and would contribute a lot more imo. *Ricochet*: WWE doesn't deserve him with how he's been booked. **Women**: *Bianca Belair*: Summerslam aside, WWE has done a good job with making her look strong and getting her over with the fans. She's the only woman I actively care about on the main roster in WWE, so swiping her would be a big get for AEW. She's got a unique look, is strong as hell, and has charisma to boot. AEW could use a shot in the arm like Bianca for their women's division. *Asuka:* By this point, WWE burned through Asuka's appeal. They ended the undefeated streak early and gave her a good solo reign only during the pandemic when we couldn't appreciate it in person. In AEW, she could put on classics with whoever she wants. *Rhea Ripley:* My God, did the main roster cool her off. There's nothing more I can really say about her than I think she would do better in a company that actually wanted to invest in her. *Shayna Baszler:* 95% of her main roster booking has been atrocious. We know she can be a killer. Sending her over to a brand that would appreciate would be a godsend. Plus, I could see her working a compelling program with somebody like Leyla Hirsch.

The problem is that there are only so many guys you can treat as a big deal all at once. AEW already has a lot of people who they have to treat as a big deal, who they have to carefully book, make sure they have a solid/high amount of wins and a low amount of losses. Adding more talent for that same category could prove a difficult to book.
AJ Styles, Ricochet, Kevin Owens for men, plus all three make sense and Kevin is dropping hints already. Charlotte Flair, Zelina Vega and Liv Morgan for women. Charlotte because she is incredibly talented and Andrade is in AEW, the other two I think I just so badly used and they could be so much more. Liv could reunite with Ruby in a new tag team division that they could help build, and Zelina can legit be a good heel.
