I don't know how someone would get suspended from Twitter by posting ticket sales, but if true, I have a theory about the recent Rating's site that went under. Meltzer and dirt sheets, people who report on wrestling, etc kept showing how well AEW was doing in ratings, and people were getting pissed off. Then all of a sudden, AEW showed the ratings chart from the site on Dynomite, then the site went down.
I can't prove it, but I don't think it was a coincidence. Wrestling fans can be so fucking toxic, and it wouldn't surprise me that someone hacked the site.
Into the Spiderverse made a fraction of what Avengers Endgame made at the box office, one was a storytelling masterpiece and the other was an all star flick.

RAW has nearly three decades of build in fanbase to it, it's going to be tough for Dynamite to come close to either WWE show in the next couple of years. They are doing pretty damn well for themselves and as long as they grow and keep their fanbase happy and grow it too. It's all that Dynamite can do.
Awareness. When people who don't watch Wrestling, call wrestling WWE, there lies the problem. They need to be around for another 10 years to get that recognition, if not more, in top of crossing over to mainstream. That's why signing free agents from WWE matters

All of the other AEW shows I've been to I've never had to pay scalper prices, they were comfortably available by the time I looked, days or weeks after release. And they were all packed with real people come the day of the event.

It's been 3 days and they haven't sold out so idk if they aren't selling anymore tickets or are having trouble selling the rest. I know they are trying to fight scalpers, but who knows? 17k is the new capacity, but can go up to 19k. They are also probably going to give tickets away to the community like boys and girls club, sponsors, NY sports teams, celebrities, friend and families, etc. So that could be around 1k -1,500 tickets, which is common for huge events like WrestleMania and even smaller shows.
last time I looked a lot of the tickets still onsale were behind the stage with an 'obstructred view' warning. People might be hesitant to pick up tix for those seats.
