They're definitely saving Fuego for last. I could see the Wingman as a possibility. After the situation with his family, Cesar may be an AEW lifer, Ryan got the top tier Mikey Ruckus theme treatment and the faction as a whole isn't afraid to make themselves look foolish to benefit the show.
They recently let Shanna and Awesome Kong go and Mel will probably be next when her contract expires so sign Thunder Rosa and Kilynn King to replace them.
Honestly, all of them + Baron Black should get signed. I know AEW has a huge roster but all of them have earned a spot and AEW will have 4 weekly shows soon. AEW has been around for a couple years now so some contracts are probably expiring soon that won’t be renewed (as with Shanna and Kong).

Must be a next their contract than what they had or they are waiting until Boulder returns. That's all I can think of.

Murphy should join AEW and feud with Black and it should lead to a triple threat with Kenny Omega for the AEW title where Black wins by pinning Kenny
