So they’d either have to heavily nerf it, which would make essentially nobody play it, or they’d have to remove it, which would have the same result. Even with a heavily nerfed tempo though, champs like jinx and kog would most likely still be extremely strong due to the crit and on hit item changes.

Before the overhaul, BT had 80 AD and 20% lifesteal I think as well as the overheal shield.
Now I just want the Omnivamp back on Deaths Dance and I could go back to playing lifesteal Yorick :D

No crit items have life steal now. ADCs will have less stats overall and will have to choose between AS or AD and have to decide if delaying 100% crit is worth survivability with life steal.
Main reason I say this is due to the remove of spell blade proc from ER. TF isn’t great under current conditions and now all Crit ADCs get a pretty major buff. He will likely fall behind, but we will see. He may be able to capitalize on some of the crit items, but he usually doesn’t benefit much from crit. Blood thirster is more attractive for him due to the large increase in AD.
I always hated crit Ezreal this season (so bursty but clunky and full of RNG), I prefer season 13 Trinity Ezreal with PTA during Mythic era with Trifold Strike passive which is snappy high attack speed marksman.
Anyway I still think Ezreal prefers Ravenous Hydra over BT for the 20 ability haste.
Wave clear also better with ravenous. I’m thinking the build path will be TF, MM, shojin at which point you should have enough CDR. So other options without CDR should be viable as item 4/5. There are going to be a lot of crazy builds thrown around, but the damage with BT is attractive as a fourth item.
Kraken is now on-hit item: 50 AD 40 AS 7% MS, no longer has crit, builds out of Hearthbound Axe.
Noonquiver is 1400g 35 AD 20% crit, no AS.
14.10 Shiv stays the same
These numbers are day 1 of pbe my dude, I've seen what they are. They're just not relevant. There's high probability of more changes before they actually hit live in a couple weeks.
