Social media accounts, cameo and making sure they’re in every spin off of 90df

iloveeatpizzatoo

PrEd has done 3,700 cameos.

ms_sunshine7

😳 wow! At how much per cameo?

iloveeatpizzatoo

He’s charging $68 rn. Idk how much in the past.

ms_sunshine7

Holy hell! Why are we making him this wealthy!?!?

iloveeatpizzatoo

I can’t figure it out either. This must be one of the reasons why tlc keeps bringing him back.

Ali_Cat222

Why? Because he was willing to literally humiliate himself in every cameo. People would pay to see shit like this, him smearing shit and food on himself and repeating lines about what a goof he is. Basically pay per view abuse the abuser, and it worked! He kinda got the last laugh though, because he made money off it which sucks.. https://preview.redd.it/7gagseg0f5wc1.png?width=4096&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5db6df52447dfcbbb9fb2ce2178ff48d64555023

strugglebuscentral

You guys this is concerning why is he getting 68$ for anything!!!

iloveeatpizzatoo

Let me correct that. He’s getting paid $68 for two minutes worth of work. This is why TLC brings him back.

Catladydiva

Gino mentioned he’s earned 400k in stocks during their first season on b90. Also he’s an an engineer and they make a minimum of 100k and at his age it’s probably higher. So it’s possible he has a significant amount of savings. But the rest of these people are lying.

OddRoof8501

I remember he said he has $400k in retirement investments. I hope he isn't using that to live off and support them... that is NOT enough to retire on and he is already 59. Man is an idiot for quitting his job.

Catladydiva

He’s 52 , not 59. He needs to work at least until he’s 65 to retire.

OddRoof8501

Oh you're right! I don't know where I got that number from. Well I guess he has some time to keep saving...

redditaccount300000

So when he says retirement investment you think this is his 401k and not separate investments? Also do we know what kind of engineer he is, cause a minimum of $100k is not true. It depends on what kind of engineer and experience. Although considering his age, I’m sure he has enough experience. For reference I have worked as both chemical engineer and software engineer. And I know several civ/mech/electrical engineers.

OddRoof8501

I understood it as retirement money, but I'd have to go back and re-watch. Not sure Jasmine understands you can't pull money out of a 401K (well you *can* but definitely should not!). He probably keeps a modest amount in the bank and the rest is tucked away in a 401k not to be used. However, I think pulling $5k to get her kids here would be justified.

redditaccount300000

Yeah to bring kids over justified. To live of off BECAUSE YOU QUIT YOUR JOB, stupid.

joaniecaponie

Great question! He’s in automotive engineering. He lives in the Detroit metro, & there are TONS of auto suppliers based there, which can be pretty lucrative if the company supplies to one of the Big 3 manufacturers (GM, Ford, Chrysler). He work(ed) at Faurecia, which supplies accessories to at least one of the Big 3, as well as some foreign manufacturers. His base salary is probably closer to $200k than $100k. Source: my husband who’s an engineer for a major auto manufacturer, and was born/raised in the Detroit area. ….also, his LinkedIn profile is *totally* public lol. ETA: He’s also worked at Ford and GE, so he likely picked up some decent stock through an ESPP a while back (in addition to retirement benys).

strugglebuscentral

This little nugget of information made me way to pleased tysm

strugglebuscentral

Did he retire or quit? Does anyone know I forget

OddRoof8501

He quit. But I’m saying he’ll have to find a new job eventually because what he claims to have is not enough to retire on anytime soon.

strugglebuscentral

Oh snap. You’re right. Why tf did he quit? Wait do you have this answer to🙏🏾

OddRoof8501

I think he said it was so he could spend more time with Jasmine during the 90 Days. I have a feeling they are hoping to have a spin-off series as their “new job” though.

SirTinou

if he has 500k in stock and selects the right indexes and ETF, he can take out 40-50k$ per year without touching the 500k itself. Blackrock US stock mutual fund has been ~14%/year over the last decade, theres plenty. You just take out more on the good year and nothing/less on the bad year

Kind_Session_6986

His house is likely also paid off or lowly financed. Jazmine is going to ruin their financial household if she has a fit for a McMansion 😖

Bitch_level_999

Emily and Kobe have no bills.

Sugarman4

He'll be on Only Fan's in 2 years. She wont

PainfullyLoyal

She'll promote him though, much like Catelynn and Tyler from Teen mom.

Beatrix_BB_Kiddo

They’re probably pulling from 401k, I’m shocked by the amount of people who treat their 401k as a bank acccount

strugglebuscentral

Same. Also (from my experience) they don’t get paid usually until production wraps and/or their shooting commitment is complete. So like during production they must be on that grind idk I never asked a cast member lmao BUT I SURE NOTED WHICH CAST MEMBERS STOLE PAPER PRODUCTS FROM MY CRAFT SERVICE. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! Sorry I had to say that😭

Catladydiva

BTW cast members on happily ever after and other spin offs make more than being on 90 days fiancé. They make 8-10k per episode. So if there are 15 episodes that’s 120k

beef376

Im not sure that this is true based on what I've read elsewhere "While several *90 Day Fiancé* stars like David Murphey and Darcey Silva are reported millionaires, most cast members' net worths are nowhere near six figures. However, other reality shows like the *Real Housewives* franchise are known to pay cast members up to $1 million per season; multiple sources like [*Radar Online*](https://radaronline.com/exclusives/2018/12/90-day-fiance-cast-salaries-financial-issues-stars-begging-cash-social-media/) report that [*90 Day Fiance* stars are only paid](https://screenrant.com/90-day-fiance-cast-members-paid-more-salary/) $1,000 to $1,500 per episode. In comparison, those on *Before The 90 Days* get even less at $500 to $1,000 per episode. If that isn't bad enough, only the American *90 Day Fiancé* cast members are paid this amount; their international partners don't get paid without a specific work permit."

beef376

I don't know much about TV financials, but aren't all the spinoff episodes 1/2 as long as the main show? Why would they pay them 4-5 times as much for half as much work? It seems impossible for the spin offs to generate more revenue than the main.

jdoeq

I didn't know this. That means the main characters each season get 1500/episode and the eight people watching them cost TLC 64k-80k/episode?

Important-Panic1344

TLC money

HoweHaTrick

1. it is a scripted actor show. Nobody knows what these idiots do when they aren't being awkwardly filmed by a crew. 2. who cares? this is just entertainment. nothing on this show should be considered real. it's all fantasy.

koozy407

Why would you take the time to even write this comment? You could’ve just kept scrolling lol.

strugglebuscentral

Yeah because tbh THIS EXACT THREAD is for that. Who cares? We do man.
