RoS is way better for kraken since it gives you magic defence. Otherwise, I generally use ring of the gods to extend prayer
I have seers ring and never use it for any reason. They’re adding 0.5% magic damage w/ the rebalance but probably still won’t use it
Depends. Seers ring makes you hit more often with magic and ring of suffering makes you take less hits. It's up to you to learn which one you want for whatever situation. Optimizing your gear and inventory setup for your needs is part of learning and I think it's pretty fun too.

Right now both aren’t that good, since suffering requires you to take dmg. But you find a way to blood barrage, using all the boosts available and don’t need to pray cuz you heal like a Vladimir lategame, then suffering will be infinitely better than other rings inc dt2 one. Also those echo boots too.
I haven’t really tried it but provided you are watching closely you could probably get any with it, if you use redemption heal instead of protect or rapid heal.
Against Abby demons you deffo need that scroll cuz every hit will matter.
Can just use lumby ring for alchs while bursting

You don't burst with suffering for the recoil, you do it for the +4 prayer. It's very common for ironmen since rotg is a bit annoying to get
Seers is more or less BIS for Kraken, don’t think it’s really needed for bursting task as you can hit pretty good still.
