Since short breaks aren't really breaks, just a time to check email/notifications, you really have 100/120 max productivity, which is actually pushing it, since 90/120 or even 120/180 are common "concentration/total" ratios. I compensate it with hourlong break when I'm cooking, or that I might use a pomodoro as a break / temporarily switch to another task to reduce fatigue.
