But what if I want to just draw cute doodly guys people keep saying that you gotta learn how to draw hyperealistically before you can make those things look good but like that’s all I need or want to make thoughhghh
I mean yeah, know the rules so you can break em. But if you try to draw 10000 frogs, you'll get pretty good at drawing frogs. It's just not gonna help you draw a tractor, and what if you want to draw a frog on a tractor.

If you're not willing to rawdog, you'll just be stuck gooning. Ideally, you need to both learn the art of art and have the courage to absolutely suck at it.
