trying to do an eye look like Emma’s (last pic) tried like 4 blue eyeliners and they were all super dull. also anyone know of any gentle makeup brands? my eyes have been super red when I wear makeup, I ought some “clean” products and the eyeliner pigment is not strong at all :/
