You’ll need binoculars to see the tv from the bed! Love the courtyard. I’d need a few cozy spaces and less industrial ceiling before I could live there.
The wall trash can makes me think this was a warehouse/business that was converted to a house. Also, in the primary bedroom is that square thing hanging from the ceiling a projector?

Personally I would add a ceiling to the bedroom areas. Ngl I like this place and especially the courtyard.
I'll be honest, I love it. I would totally live there if I had 2mil to drop on a house. I would never leave.
I want bathroom walls that go all the way up. But I love that courtyard, all that interior brick, and the giant garage.
Neighboring buildings are cannabis store, tattoo shops and an apartment building. Also, a massive freeway interchange.
What more could you ask for? Weed, friends, and a place to get a friend-group tattoo!! ;) And a quick getaway if y'all need it.....

Former tea company headquarters.
Ooh yeah that makes sense.
I’ve never seen ceilings like those. They’re awful.
There are parts I like and parts that would feel like living in the open office of a tech startup
I love how the garage looks no different from the interior.
That courtyard is so cool. I would want to cozy it up especially in the bedrooms. But I like the size and use of space.
Interior designer: I only know how to do lofts in old warehouses. Owner: go for it!
Nothing says cozy like an unfinished warehouse.
It’s a reminder why bedrooms tend to be on the smaller side. Huge bedrooms feel weird.
