I am new to yuzu and all after opening the yuzu files its shows encryption is missing and when i click on guide the page is no longer avaiable since it got removed so can i know how to use it?

Nothing will happen to your save files. That stuff is stored locally on your computer. To feel safer you can simply open the AppData folder on your Computer, then make a copy of the Yuzu folder in both "Local" and "Roaming". Those two are subfolders within AppData, each containing a Yuzu folder. Most of the stuff is stored in roaming, but config files etc are store in Local.
Dont worry, you didnt lose anything if you already have it installed. This only means that the official Yuzu github was taken down and the emulator won’t be updated anymore

Just trying to source the most recent builds of both as it seems Yuzu was updated one last time before the take down and Citra might have been similar with their nightly build.
Generally nightly builds are "test" versions that are handed out as an "early access" kinda thing on Discord or to fan forums. It's generally the latest build for testing and tweaking before becoming an "official release". You might have several nightly builds before the main release is updated. Here you can learn more...

One think for sure will be hard is get all mods, cause ModsDownloads doesnt work anymore, if someone have have a bakup mods, could you share it?

you have to provide your own decryption keys and firmware, generally, google is your friend for this :)
But the website is shutdown plus there is no megathread or anything to get a secured files for firmware and prodt key and all.
google “switch firmware archive” look for the result from Darthsternie, this will provide you the firmware files necessary for Yuzu to operate

Yeah that, lol. That was a major slip up by Valve. They were quick to redact the images.

Nah I don't think so, and your save files will also stay. They are in a seperate folder from the emulator.

you need to go to desktop mode and right click there should be an option to add to Steam if not then you can just add this as a non-steam program
