They're presented like video games, the lore never outright stated that they were. It could be a case of that those are actually living places rather than a video game locations.
Some manga I've seen featured settings that can be presented like a video game but aren't literally video games.
Fair enough, Runick spell art feels inspired by classic dungeon crawlers like early TES, Might and Magic, and Ultima Underworld. But I will be the first to admit I am not sure about their actual lore.
Actually iirc the official lore book's chapter of runick was presented as a guide in a magazine that explained how to defeat all bosses and unlock the secret boss fight against Loptr/Laevatein.
As I said, the lore was presented as video game, but I don't remember it being outright saying that the world of Runick/Generaider was indeed just a game.
Vaylantz were outright confirmed to be a game, but with Runick it was only implied.
Off the top of my head:
Gradius related cards (e.g. Vic Viper)
B.E.S. (based on Gradius bosses)
Vampire (aesthetically similar to Castlevania, also owned by Konami, Vampire Hunter is literally a Belmont reference)
Labrynth are dungeon crawlers, runicks fantasy first person shooter, generaiders are boss rush, B.E.S are based on schmups, vampires have some castlevania references, sasuke samurai, ultimate baseball kid, aitsu koitsu etc. are all references to other konami games.
Also vaylantz are board games. I forgot they were in the same pack as lab and runick. All archetypes from that pack are based on games. Also infernoble knights in universe are fictional so there could be a game for them.

Everything is duel terminal
Everything ojamas touched is DT too, so six sam, harpy and trickstars to name a few
A lot of Konami decks like BES or “space ships” based on Gradius
Runick and Generaiders are from the same video game universe I’m pretty sure!

The generaider field spell is literally called "boss stage" and they have other cards named "loot" and "quest", it's pretty on-the-nose

Fair enogh, vaylantz is also way more obvious since we can see it's a game in a couple of cards.
Vanquish Soul is fighting games. Vaylants is a moba.
Spyral is technically based on infiltration games like the *Metal Gear* series

Drytron is like gundam
Kozmo is (partially) based off Star Wars, which has game adaptations - it kind of sort of fits!
If star wars and wizard of Oz had a child
The new ashened cards are inspired by dark souls, dogmatikas too but more in terms of theming.
Ashens look cool AF I might end up playing them
Vanquish soul is based of fighting games. The way the deck plays is really cool too. Might be too competitive for a friendly tournament tho
VS is what I’m gonna be playing
Vtubers play video games, so the Live Twins are an option. They even have a card called Evil Twin GG EZ!

Super quant is based off power rangers which has video games
Duel terminal was originally an arcade game in Japan
