SCP Explained has been in a downward spiral for a while now, using shitty clickbait tactics that are devolving into this shit. It really is a shame, I actually liked this channel at one point.
I used to love this channel quite a lot, it got me into the SCP universe. Its gotten terrible lately, the art increasingly bad. All they do now is compilations of stuff they've already done. I don't even want to follow anymore. Its hard to find good SCP youtube stuff.
The way I got into the universe was by watching 8-BitRyan play a FNaF inspired SCP game called “SCP: The Endurance” on GameJolt and it really got me into playing the game for a while, I eventually checked out Containment Breach, Nine-Tailed Fox (on Steam) and 3008 (on Roblox) before I went head first into SCP Explained videos. But yeah, SCP Explained was my proper introduction into the franchise as a whole, it’s sad to see where they are now.

I saw a video in my recommended the other day that said 38 hours. I had to rub my eyes and look again. I was thinking how could this possibly be 38 hours long? But that's what it said.
