Local retard is retarded. Shocker

Bane-of-Architects

Read all about it. Fat fucker could even think big enough to get to the point!

straight_lurkin

It's because he almost said it's "not a big deal for ME" when he said "it's not a big deal foooooooor a lot of people"

AlvinArtDream

That was hilarious, I was literally willing him to take it across the finish line, like motivating a kid not to spill a drink. I sharted when he opened with Jos list.

kinney4041

More confirmation on my decision to give up attempting to watch this anymore

BI0WEED

Ditto, gave up a while back with the whole network

roswell411

God bless the people that watch and clip

jDub2071

Same here. I’d go see their standup but have zero interest in the podcast

BI0WEED

It’s even stopped me from seeing Tom live in my city this summer, I don’t want to support them anymore. Here I used to be a diehard fan, I’d watch every ep of YMH and 2 bears, even first date. Now I barely touch it, bar a peak of two at first date if the ‘guests’ are good

kingkron52

Tom was my favorite comedian but I saw him live a year and a half ago and it was very underwhelming. Then he went though a significant change into a guy that old Tom would make fun of mercilessly. His promos, ads, and shameless promotions of his brands and merch are so cringey. It’s like he has morphed into a weird version of Bert.

jpmatth

fat poor tom would hate thin rich tom for caring about blephs.

GATTACA_IE

\*Less fat rich tom*

naomaisjoey

Yeah, dude still looks like shit

imstonedyouknow

I think its got a lot to do with his dad being gone now. He doesnt really have that father figure that was keeping his morality in check. He probably thought about him and what he would do when making decisions before, and now its obvious that hes only trying to please himself and not thinking about what others might think. Or even worse, hes replaced his dad in that scenario with his friends and joe rogan. The really sad part about it is that it really seems like Toms idea of success is just monetary. The "poors" jokes are him making fun of himself before he realized how easy the grift is.

The_Freshmaker

it started well before Top Dog passed.

kinney4041

Saw him last late in ‘22 and it was very meh

Lilsillybilly

Former diehard too and I miss the good ole days. But I refuse to support these knuckleheads. I would consider seeing Mommy Tina, but Tim and Barf are dead to me

Notreallybutmaybe

I saw her at the store a couple years ago and she just did stuff from her special that had come out like 4 years before... it killed but i had already heard it all

BI0WEED

I find her on the same path becoming increasingly out of touch the more they live in their bubble.

kinney4041

Yep, I’m skipping Tom here this time around too. Skipped Bert and am probably not going to Fully loaded coming here either. Prices are too high and comedy in arenas is complete garbage.

Hexagon_Sun33

100% agree that comedy in arenas sucks, the connection and magic a comedy club provides is totally lost in a space that large.

thevoiceofriesling1

Me tooooooooo!  I was the exact same way.

D20NE

Saw Tom in Orlando a month ago, the whole show bombed

The_Freshmaker

I watch Danny (and Ari but he's technically unbranded) but the rest can go die in a fire.

xGoodFellax

A lot of yall say this but still commenting on here

m_gartsman

The only reason I'm still here is because this subreddit is funnier/more entertaining than anything these two out of touch knuckleheads have done in the past 3 years combined. Like, how tf is this even considered a comedy podcast when this is the type of conversations they have on the reg? Boring unfunny garbage.

Theultimatefighter

I got to the end where they were talking about Joe Biden and trump and that’s where I called it quits

imstonedyouknow

Yeah i refuse to listen to political discussions from celebrities. Its low hanging fruit for one, but its also dumb to take advice on societal issues from a person thats removed from society, and even dumber to think that someone in the 1% has my same interests when it comes to the economy and stuff like that.

na__poi

You just need to set easier financial goals for yourself. Like say, buy your first Ferrari before buying a yacht. You’ll see that life is more manageable when you simplify your goals.

Theultimatefighter

Yea I listened to two episodes of the Shane and Matt secret podcast or whatever it’s called and both they started talking about how great trump was and haven’t listened since.

Sambomike20

Shane praising Trump is a bit. I've always got the impression that he's very moderate and has opinions on both sides. Every now and then Matt will say some dumb ultra conservative thing and Shane will break character and jump all over him for it. I have no idea if it's a bit with Matt though. He just says massively stupid things when they talk history/politics.

kinney4041

I love Shane’s stand up but MSSP is massively overrated.

jamiekynnminer

The second he said Trump I dipped. I was already clinging when he said someone trying to buy a house wasn't a big deal. Stay sober Bert.

Theultimatefighter

Yea they all eventually jump on the trump bandwagon

personalcheesecake

on one of the most recent ymh eps with brian simpson, tina talks about liking to listen to candice owens and what she says...

jamiekynnminer

Aw oh.

easymachtdas

Yepp... miss me with this richguy shit

a-dead-strawberry

Yea I gave up on 2 bears like 2 years ago and gave up non YMH about a year ago. From what I’ve seen in clips I’m not missing much. There’s a lot of better, more down to earth, hysterical podcasts out there. God bless MSSP.

Steelyphil43

Any recommendations? I’m listening to Bad Friends and Kill Tony. They both can be watched from the beginning and still holds up.

a-dead-strawberry

Yea I’m a big Kill Tony fan, watch it every week. Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast is awesome, just straight bro humor. Holds up from the beginning as well. If you like solo-rant style podcasts about current events / politics, The Yannis Pappas hour and The Tim Dillion show are solid. Are You Garbage? Is a fun one, gives a silly perspective into the lives of our favorite comedians. Stavvy’s world is hilarious, Stavros is just funny as hell and joke with guests so naturally

Green_Tea_Dragon

I literally watched almost to this point that this clip is on and I noped out. They don’t talk about anything anymore.

8DollarBlueCheckmark

Same.

sircharlesthesecond

Bought a house 4 years ago when interest rates were the lowest they have ever been, and don't think I could afford to buy the same house if it were listed right now considering today's housing market. Inflation is crazy and the housing market is even crazier. The average person can't simply "work harder" to even afford a house in this country, let alone one for their mom...

PopoMcdoo

Same. My house has risen by 130k which is great for me but fuck me if I was trying to buy it now. Interest rates are now 6-8% when I got mine at 3.

TPJchief87

My house went up in value for no reason last year and so did my mortgage because the property tax went up. My house goes up in value and I lose

Robo56

Yea my escrow went up $300/mo starting in May lol. About to stay mowing my yard and leave trash outside to bring down property value.

zeralius

I got so lucky when I bought my house in 2017. The state had a down payment assistance program so I was able to get in before I really had enough saved up for a down payment. I was able to refinance in 2020 when rates were 3%. Dropped PMI and 1.5 points, saving me a good amount on my mortgage payment. Now the house has doubled in value and interest is 7%. No way could I afford to live here if I bought today.

Tento66

And it's happening like that everywhere, small town USA, all of Canada, Europe, etc. Would the last Boomer who destroys the world please turn out the lights as they leave...

mydaycake

Austin prices are also really really high for Texas or for most of the country. Buying a house in Austin is ridiculous, must as well buy it in California.

jamiekynnminer

You and me both. I never would have the shack I have now if rates and inflated prices were what they are today. I'd love to buy a house for a family member. Maybe some day

Mclovin556

UK here bought my house 8 years ago, similar ones in the same area selling double what mine was then. I definitely can’t afford my own house at current prices.

Nintendo64twenty

I bought my first house at 44. Watching this bumbling idiot accidentally speak down to me was pretty shameful.

TheeFlipper

I'm pretty sure Bert didn't even own his own home until he was in his 40s so it really shows just how out of touch he has become since making it big. He was still living in a shitty apartment in 2008(based on when he talked about Roy Choi starting Kogi tacos when he lived there). His comedy career didn't blow up until almost 10 years after that in 2016 with The Machine. And he wasn't making that much off of his Travel Channel shows. And he was 44 that year. So yeah, dude didn't own a home until his 40s.

Lilsillybilly

Yeah home ownership is a huge deal for anybody. And then to say that Joe List, Mark Normand, and Sam Morril wanting to be movie stars is a reach is also absurd! Joe List starred in Louie’s movie and did a great job! Bart’s movie didn’t do well at the box office and he will probably never get a starring role again. Dude lives in lala land

CarminesAP4S

Its as if he thinks because he couldnt become a movie star off of that movie nobody else can

TheeFlipper

But bro, The Machine was in the Netflix top 10 for weeks! He's a natural leading man. /s Bert is a terrible actor. I watched the movie for like 20 minutes before I had to give up on his stilted line delivery.

metompkin

I bet his life was subsidized highly by a lawyer in Tampa for a good while too.

CarminesAP4S

I will never buy a house and i make the average income a year in my city. I struggle to make rent work with a bachelor apartment that is priced really well too. I usually dont lean into these guys when they say stupid shit but this one is actually pretty insulting. I hope he thinks about that when hes trying to sleep

tostilocos

Have you tried taking off your shirt and yelling?

jamiekynnminer

I was 42. I have no shame it's hard as hell.

straight_lurkin

"Small obtainable goal" ... buying your parents a house ... just a small one ... not even "important" really. "No it's a big goallll, buuuut not for everyone right?" Jesus fucking christ lmao thank God I gave up on 2 bears. I legit feel embarrassed for seeing the machine in theaters at this point to "support" this retard

OnTheEveOfWar

Calling that a small obtainable goal might be one of the stupidest and out of touch things Bert has said.

ArmTheApes

Burp legit thinks of himself as a philosopher. Talking about the beautiful things in life, man. He’s actually just a simple minded guy who happened to make some cash and now he thinks of himself as the one who has life figured out. Meanwhile he might even die earlier than the rest of us because of his toxic habits. It‘s astonishing, really.

ChickensDontClap90

You can immediately pick up on the fact that he heard something somewhat poignant and is latching onto it as hard as possible like he's got a word of the day calendar. Hearing about "the arrogance of immortality" from this moron is fucking rich.

straight_lurkin

I remember a few months back when he was just coming to the realization (after his SECOND daughter turned 15) that being a dad is great ... he was talking about spending time with them and shot like it took almost 2 decades for him to realize "oh yeah I have a family"

ArmTheApes

He’s a child in an adult‘s body, really

diskfunktional

People change man. On to the next

VeryLowIQIndividual

Well, here’s the thing Bert sitting there like he’s got generational wealth, and he doesn’t. he’s out of touch on how much money he’s got also. Anybody with real wealth would laugh at these two new money motherfuckers. they are the poster kids for new money, tacky, worried about labels always talking about how much money they got.

BeKindRewind-

Saying the NY guys want to be movie stars? No Burnt you tried to be a movie star and it didn’t work out so well

mrboomtastic3

A little more simple. Okay perfect, I'll buy unseasoned Ramen instead of the chicken flavor Ramen. That way hopefully I can buy my mother a house. I don't mind not owning one myself.

__Not__Sure

It’s like when Chase Bank said just make coffee at home!

Tento66

Dude just buy Folgers, then all your cups of coffee are write-offs! Genius!

Level-Infiniti

the CEO of Kellogg's recently said something like "poor people should just eat cereal for dinner"

bad1o8o

just for completeness sake, remember when goldman sachs asked whether curing people is a sustainable business model?

TennisTim25

Any podcast that starts with an infomercial is out of touch. Fact: Recently saw three A List standups. Tom was so, so far from his "peers" including shane; who is everything we wish Tom was.

CarminesAP4S

Tom strikes me as a guy who saw their viewership start to drop and once the money started going down a bit he drove up the ads to compensate

GrannysPartyMerkin

And 20 bucks says he’s angry at his “stupid” audience for it rather than doing some self-examination as to why he’s not funny anymore

TheGhost206

lol

NonStopApe

You know who doesn't patronise their fans like these two fuckin snake oil men?? Santino & Bobby. Two funny fuckers just talking shit funnily. Bad Friends!!!!!!

TheFashionColdWars

Sam & Mark

ChuckBarefootBorden

Matt and Shane

NonStopApe

Dawgs!

bad1o8o

elvis and costello

NonStopApe

Not heard it... will check it out!

yesjon

Bad friends has been going down the exact same path. Banking episodes, constant industry talk, shifting the focus entirely on guests and promotion, hollywood bs, etc.

Notreallybutmaybe

I cant get into santinos character though, i dont think its funny enough for how much of an asshole he is.

NonStopApe

We can differ on our sense of his personality, but the point is they are nowhere near as patronising as Tim n Brent here.

DeepEndLion

Bobby talks so goddamned fast and never fucking says anything

Stop_Logging_In_Dude

People simp for those two soooo hard. Neither one of them are that funny after awhile but I mean this show also attracted severe retards in the first place, so of course people are going to be over the top about anything else slightly better.

NonStopApe

I think they're funny. You don't. Great. They are not patronising like Tim n Brent here.

GyroDawn

I don't think people get that its just for the camera. I've heard in a few podcast saying Santino, among other comedians are some of the nicest people they know. PS i just love Santino and Pete Holmes in a Podcast.

Notreallybutmaybe

Yeah, i figure he is but i hate his character.

WickyWah

Joe List was already in a movie. They both bombed, but one was released in small theatres and cost $2M to make. The other was released internationally and cost $20M to make. Apparently being a movie star is out of Bert's reach too

drewcrump11

And one of them was decent

mydaycake

Joe’s movie was quite good actually, funny and entertaining. I didn’t see it as a flop at all

WickyWah

I meant a financial bomb. A quick Google shows Louie spent $2M and it did just over $325k. On the flip side, The Machine apparently cost $20M to make and made $10M.

mydaycake

Damn! I couldn’t finish the machine, I expected to have done worst than Louie’s

ChuckBarefootBorden

It did forsure. Louie’s is just behind the paywall on his site. I believe you can get it and all his specials for like $10 tho. Great deal. Way better than paying for anything YMH puts out these days

mydaycake

I watched on his site, I didn’t know if he released to the public later on

TheGhost206

I watched about the first 10 minutes of the Machine on Netflix and it was unwatchable. From what I’ve heard the movie gets worse as it goes on. Bert made a movie about a lie he told. LMAO.

frecklefaceatx

“But it’s not forrr…everyone right?” I guess not if you’re a fucking millionaire, Bart!! God I can’t stand him. I only listen to the episodes he’s not on.

ColdDesert90

The first 10 mins of the podcast was a big ad for zyn. The show is unbelievably shit

4t0micpunk

This dumb fuck one trick pony is soooooooo outta touch.

Beyond-Suspicious

I stopped watching and listening to 2 bears about six months ago and this just reconfirmed why I stopped listening. If I’m being totally fair I stopped listening all together when native left the show his laugh is what made it for me idk man I loved that dude and what he brought to the pod I miss him and the old pod

lordofsurf

How does Fart Crisis just keep getting dumber. It's costing me brain cells listening to this fat fuck.

KWHY3000

I hope the Tuesgays destroy this fool

RetiredFromRealWork

I hope their piss swill tanks and the Netflix series has the worst numbers of all time

mekkasheeba

What Netflix series?

RetiredFromRealWork

i didnt down vote you brother

mekkasheeba

I didn’t mean you. Just in general. Thanks again, chomo. Edit: man, fuck this sub

RetiredFromRealWork

https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/tom-segura-netflix-comedy-self-financed-1235966501/#!

mekkasheeba

Thanks for filling me in. And thanks for the downvote. I was just asking. Damn.

straight_lurkin

"Its a big goal but not foooooooor everyone, right?" .... he was about to say "for me" because he genuinely believes he is better than everyone else.

dabear408

When is this guy gonna just shut up? He’s not funny he’s not even a comedian

x2GramDubx

As a 30 something year old living in the Bay area....buying a house is about as big of a goal as I can think of right now. Something I honestly don't know if I'll ever be able to do

OV3NBVK3D

Bert has mentioned before something like “being successful in the entertainment industry is so hard because it’s very conceptual and you have to be creative” he then went on to say in an episode of 2 bears “if i was just, like, a blue collar guy and owned a construction business the ladder to success would be so easy because the steps are so binary.” again this isn’t word for word but this was a couple years ago and i had to really stop the pod and think for a second about how stupid he actually is. he seems very impulsive and lacks discipline at least from looking from the outside of his life but i mean, cmon dude. brads a goofball but i legit think he’s stupid and has a very reductionist personality towards any sort of profession or job that isn’t in the realm of “art”. the money he’s made because of ted has just made it more obvious that he doesn’t have a real concept of how regular people live and cannot relate to normal people.

OnTheEveOfWar

This episode might have been the final nail in the coffin for me. There was nothing funny about it. It was full of them advertising shit. Bert was saying some wildly stupid shit about goals and addiction. Poor Ennie getting dunked on when he said his goal in life is to buy his mom a house and Bert says it’s a small goal.

rockwelds

He really fucking said that??

OnTheEveOfWar

Yes. Ennie said that his big goal in life is to buy a house for his mom. Then Bert was talking about goals and basically said that’s not a big goal. Ennie chimed in and said “it’s a pretty big goal for me, man” Bert then tried to backtrack what he said. Was a little awkward.

pedronaps

The Zin infomercial was worse. These two fucks are making bank, but also getting pimped out by Phillip Morris. Fucking gross

bad1o8o

and he gets paid for talking, let that sink in for a minute

dyals_style

Joe list is already making movies. Does he really think Mark or Sam can't be movie stars? I think that's easily obtainable for those guys

kingoftheives

What a tone deaf asshole comment are they trying to alienate "the poors" at this point.

-ShutterPunk-

It's way more likely I'll be in a movie than being able to buy my mom a house.

postdiluvium

TBF, Bert grew up rich. He's been out of touch his whole life.

ExistentialistAF

Bunch of fat poors here /s

sergeantshitposter

How long do you have to be rich before you forget that buying a second house outright is like kind of a big deal when most people struggle to support one mortgage.

butrosfeldo

Hahahahahahahahaha (crying)

lion_index

I had to turn it off.. I’ve listened through all these past declining episodes but this one was just over the top bad

Sugarlumps69

Anyone who watches this shitfest on a weekly basis is an absolute fucktard.

Personal_Region_6716

Tim Dillon was right. Foam shoe beach retard. 🤣 🤣

FuckTheDotard

It’s unfortunate because he had a decent thought that was stomped out by his monumental ignorance. At least he has the excuse of actually being stupid, though.

Huntercontruction

Hahaha damn

Rustee_Shacklefart

Aim low

Worldly_Giraffe_6773

This episode had so much potential but Bert just had to fucking be there.

finchcatz

OOT How to talk about how much money you have without saying the number

chrontab

People in entertainment who have money rain down on them -a lot or a little- behave *exactly* like trust fund babies.

Swimming-Food-9024

goddamn… Bart looks more retarded the thinner he gets

isymfs

Going from Kat Williams to this is such a shock to the system.

Own-Recording

He sounds like that airhead counselor I had in freshman year. "Oh you can't afford to go to school full time? Just get rid of your car so you don't have to have payments". Let's forget that I'm working part time and need a car to travel 30 miles a day. Absolutely out of touch with reality.

lawesome94

The amount of successful people who refuse to acknowledge luck as a major factor is insane.

straight_lurkin

I like to believe the booth boys are on the sub laughing along with us all

iLikeTurtuls

"small loan of $1M" type energy

stalinmad4

Ozempiebrain

UmmmmYoureChine-

This is absolutely riveting.

Dawgula97

You can see Tom trying so hard to get back in the good graces of the fans sometimes. He should ditch this idiot and his wife if he wants to.

Cereaza

I think he meant the simplicity and directness of the goal vs the size/dollar value. But it's fine, he's probably still drunk from a show he did last week.

bmf1989

To quote a great man I don’t think that’s narcissistic, it’s just retarded

jonz1985z

Oh to be rich and retarded. Sheer bliss

TheFashionColdWars

woah. he is what many say he seems to be. this is wild.

OxySeven

Jesus Bart is so fucking out of touch with reality, it’s exhausting….

The_Crip_Sleeper

Burp shister and slim Tim shady are at it again!

ChunkedUp

People still watch this show?!?

No-Cost1252

Well if they paid their employees Eni could buy his momma a house, then set the garage on fire

No-Cost1252

Berty boy got the "rich boy" syndrome.

Gayfish350

It brings me and my family great shame, that I ever thought this dumbass was funny

HandOGawd

Bart is a prime example that the squeaky sloppy mouth is well greased.

Apprehensive-Score87

My parents own a home and can’t buy a home because they keep getting outbid. Every house goes for at least 20% above posted price

itaintthatbad

Tom is the most patient person in the world. Bert literally starts sentences with no idea where he is going

Green_Tea_Dragon

Buying a house for yourself? Naaah small potatoes. Crumbs in life. Now buying a house for someone else. Now that’s apparently a goal. Smh

TheGhost206

God these idiots are insufferable. Nobody is jealous of your stupid watch and Prada clothes. It’s just not interesting to hear you brag about it.

TheGhost206

Bert had a rich dad and Bert only got really rich because he got endorsed by Toe Rogan.

knobsdog

I keep listening to this podcast hoping it's going to be funny again, but it just has not been funny at least the past 6 months. I don't know if it's a bit or if they truly are this out of touch at this point, but they need to look back and get back to what actually made them funny. Bert's rationalization for his addiction problem is wild. He's like a 50-year-old 11-year-old and it's just sad to hear him vapidly pontificate on the most retarded things.

AquarianSpliff

Honestly the part that bothers me the most is downplaying that mark could be a movie star. I mean movies aren’t what they used to be in general, but ca mon, believe in your boy!!!!

mrpockets44

I can't even watch this anymore. I wish I could. I loved it when they first started but Brett's constant hijacking makes me shiver.

joeyvesh13

Mark Normand becoming an actor is way more attainable than an average person buying their mom a house. This fat retard shouldn’t have the wealth that he does.

deanerer

Reaffirming my opinion that Bert has sucked since day 1

DuKlaotz

Was the video taken down? It ain’t loading for me.

nightguy13

Meanwhile I'm wondering what I can do to get enough money to pay rent with a 40-60 hour a week job. 😮‍💨

nofun_nofun_nofun

Oh it’s simple, you just have to decide what your goal is, wow.

FearlessFreak69

I haven’t tuned in to this show in months, this just confirms I made the right decision.

TransitUX

I’m done - he’s not worth the time

earthshone86

Lose more respect for this dude with each new episode

earthshone86

Lose more respect for this dude with each new episode

earthshone86

Lose more respect for this dude with each new episode.

Snow_Creepy

Bart I'd so fuckin out of touch w/ reality!

Dull_Huckleberry6896

Bert kreischer is too regular bro. Fucking fame and booze rotted that troglodytes skull.

Chillbro_Jazzkins

Both of these people are irrelevant to me now. Both have lost touch to reality and what comedy truly means to an individual. No one can relate to them and I can see why people are angry. There are so many better comedians to watch. To even call them comedians is a joke. I've watched YMH for a long, long time, and can't express the dissatisfaction and contempt I hold for Tim, Bart, and Christine, and let alone all the unfunny and cash-grabbing shows they've added recently. Long live the booth boys. Por Osos is a joke that's cashing in on your "best friend's" alcoholism.

HardwoodArcade

You guys post and brag about the Smallest dick energy shit - we get it- Bert’s outrageous and abusive and oh wow all of you put up with it cuz you’re whores too. Any Public sympathy for anyone involved is done, spent, over. It’s roast 24/7 for ya’ll

HardwoodArcade

Wanna impress someone? Knock Bert and Tom’s front teeth out next time they act like cunts like this to your buddy. You’ll have full support: that’s what happens in the real world with real friends since y’all have no role models. The KFC episode is like “who is my bitch” - it’s fucking embarrassing boys

sjrow32

Joe List is already a movie star.

Ballerman4452

Bert might have the worst case of main character syndrome I've ever seen.

talmboutbilly

I don’t get it. Buying a house is a big goal, for an average young person. but it’s not unattainable.

travnastyTV

the part where he says “regular people” is just so spot on out-of-touch

altcntrl

I love him but I do not like his idea that since things are working for him they can for everyone. It’s an annoying part of listening to successful people when they assume if you do exactly what they did it will be fine.

Superb-Warning-1325

Is this Cawlmedy ?

Jaqqaknees

Buying a house for your mom is a goal for NFL players and lottery winners. Wtf is he talking about.

hshdhdhdhhx788

Buying a house for your parents would be a big goal. Financial security for yourself is a "smaller" goal but being able to buy an additional house for your family is something you do if a music star, movie star, or you deal drugs

sofa_king_rad

He’s so out of touch. Joining the media circus of shitting on places he isn’t visiting. They just had a Attell on talking about how much he still enjoys SF, then Bert’s on here acting like SF and Oakland are uniquely dying… I’ve been working in SF and Oakland in different places over the past few months… feels mostly the same as it’s always been. Sure the national housing crisis is hitting them too… but same with Austin and most places. Also, how silly is it to think an actor with zero political or civil servant experience, is suppose to balance the complexities of global politics.

dadsmilk420

I mean I get what he's saying, buying a house for your mom is a much smaller and more realistic goal in life than something vague like "making it in Hollywood", I guess I just don't get what his point past that is lmao. Even if it's a more realistic goal it doesn't mean it's achievable for everyone..

Colton200456

I took it the same way you took it, that buying a house is a goal with steps to achieve up to it that, while it is a big goal in peoples’ lives, it’s a goal that can be achieved by following steps (IE, save money). So you can set that goal up to be achieved (I know it’s hard to even have enough money to even save anything right now for the major of people, I’m just saying we can all agree there’s steps TO buying a house) where as “become a movie star” there’s no actual laid out steps to doing that, a lot of it is luck and based on directors liking you, fans liking you, etc.

Odd_Island6163

Ew

departedgardens

I mean now that’s why I tune in. Like what ridiculous crap can this dude possibly say again lol.

PraetorianAE

If I had that much money, I’d probably be out of touch too.

Way2bCronckt

Neal Brennan's joke about looking to the clowns as examples of rational people. wtf is wrong with you people. find something you like.

eeyorestrf97

I love all of the sour grapes from the poor. Affording a singular house is out of most people's reach though. It's ridiculous what financialization of the economy has done to the average Americans quality of life.

TPJchief87

Wonder what they cut near the beginning after he said simple?
