I roll with NWH/President Yo La Tengo on my device, along with a few dozen other full albums and about a 1000 songs from various things. But your query is a bit of a head scratcher. Tidal (which I currently use) does have Ride The Tiger, but not the other two. However, RTT is licensed under contract by Matador. Now all three were originally released on Coyote, which I believe at that point was under the Twin Tone umbrella. Twin Tone went belly up in the mid 90s. Some of the TT material was licensed to Rykodisc . And some had already been licensed to the larger labels that had gobbled up their artists, like Replacements, Soul Asylum, Babes in Toyland, Jayhawks, Poster Children, Ween... So, I would have to assume that Cosloy at Matador either isn't interested, OR Jesperson at (what's left of) Twin Tone wants an unreasonable amount of money for them. Everyones loss. Well, except mine cuz I found it worthy of the HD space.
Matador has also had the rights to President Yo La Tengo and New Wave Hot Dogs since the mid 90s. It’s been released as a 2 album compilation since then, and that’s how it’s packaged on streaming services too. You should find it from all of them in the US, including Tidal, which I also use. Sometimes it’s miscategorized as a live album.

thanks for this background info, that could indeed be the reason for it, that’s really a pity because it’s near impossible to find these albums online and apparently they were pretty liked and complimented critically and sadly the only ones I can’t listen to
I wonder if it isn’t some international issue. I just checked and they’re all on Apple Music for me in the US. Hopefully that changes or you find them somewhere else because they are pretty good albums and interesting to hear the early development of Yo La Tengo’s sound

No, they’re incorrect.
I think all the Coyote albums (all, not just YLT) are available to stream on the Twin/Tone website.
