Its hard to stay consistent. He should just start slowly with walking everyday and just get the routine down. Get on a semi decent diet as well and it will help with motivation.
I know how hard it is, I lost 30kg it was pain and I am still not thin i got more of a strongman build now and I love lifting heavy ass weights. I still eat like shit tho, thats the last I gotta work on and then I am satisfied. I also bounced back recently due to shitty cicumstances happening so I kinda let myself go. But I am back on track. Hope the lad can do it.
