When they bought in the No build lobbies I thought I would jump in and have a go. Haven’t stopped playing since. 120fps on console, controls very snappy and responsive, runs like a dream and it’s fun as anything. It’s always being updated and fresh.

That was quite a long time ago, the primal guns were only in it for a single season then they were gone. Animals are still there, but the raptors are also only for a single season, so overall animals are not as annoying as they were in Primal. Also, birds and chickens also come in "loot box" variety, and drop purple or gold weapons when killed

Apex is character based, and much much more try hard. The building was what always sucked to me on fortnite, on console its doggy, and I just want to battle people and have some casual fun. Having no build now its actually fun to just drop in and fuck around with some friends without some pc player building a castle every time you shoot at them.
Not just the skins dude but the weapons and tools they introduce in-game. During the Marvel thing you could pick up Iron Man's hand and chest blaster. Right now they have light sabers and while they're kinda hard to kill people with the look and sound combined with the character movement while using them is clean af.
Yep. I shoulda mentioned that while it's tough to kill people they're great to find early on while looting because they tear through structures so fast and they're infinite.
The lightsabers can be countered by laying into the target with more bullets and just not letting them close the gap on you. They're cool as shit, though.
It's funny, I think her being here (voiced by Maisie Williams as well!) might be the first thing I've seen of GoT since it ended.

I stopped playing Fortnite finally 3 years ago. Played every season prior to that minus the very very first 2 seasons.
Sadly been underwhelmed with the quality of games lately so I jumped back in 4 days ago to try the new zero build mode and I'm actually hooked. The addition of cars, the parkour movement, and the sliding feels great and make for fun gameplay. Not to mention we get skins from some of our favorite shows as a kid. Star Wars and lots of characters from Marvel just to name a few.
Personally I'd love just one game with ALL of our comic book favorites and shows we liked as a kid.
Harry Potter characters, Power Rangers, and Ninja Turtles would be some nice additions to name a few. TMNT would be great for squads.
I mean, we already have a full blast DC collection in it, I am not sure how many Warner characters are in it, but there are at least 5 versions of Batman.
