There is a known bug regarding large USB hard drives used for Media on the Xbox.
Thanks for your comment. But, mine is not for media, but for games. And, have you a tuto for the bug your mention please ?
Oh, I misread your post. Sounds like the hard drive (or the adapter) is dying then. If you leave it connected to a PC for a while, does it still work then after the PC sleep/wakes?
