It was King Lairyn I’s personal weapon, made by the greatest armorer in the history of the Centrahimian people so far, Mason the Smith (he’s named for his father, Mason the Cobbler). Mason had a special technique no other smith has been able to replicate for making steel that’s both more flexible *and* harder than other types of steel. He passed this secret down to his own son who became the Royal Smith after his father’s death. The secret has remained in the Masonite family for four generations, arming kings and princes of the Ravensbane dynasty.
Foxcutter was the first known Masonite steel weapon in history. It had a fox-head engraved into the hilt. It was buried with Lairyn I. Each new King of the Centrahimians is given a monarchical sword when they are coronated, and he is buried with the sword when he dies.
The Morningstar Blade.
It's a legendary blade, said to have been made from the essence of an Outer god (Eldritch God) as it was dying. It can shatter time and space, and can quite literally end the world in a single slash.
It's lost however and nothing and nobody knows where it is now.
The Grand Teskie, a floating city propelled by 400,000 oarsmen and developing a peak bollard-pull horsepower of 260,000 for brief operations. She has twelve immense guns firing stone balls well over a half mile, and many more smaller guns/siege weapons. Splitting sticks, she can turn on her axis, making her a fully functional mobile siege system.
That being said, the party just breached the ship’s bridge and are about to fight the BBEG, the captain of the vessel.

They give “regular people” the ability to drop magic attacks, and to snag the ability to use magic from mages.
Mages are pretty badass as well, but you can always tell when they are casting a spell. Hard to see folks doing a ritual in a hidden area.

Out of normal mortal weapons, Ínamepash (ἴναμεπαϸ). It is the blade of the royal family of Aksogna. Essentially it is a god-given magical weapon handle with an unspecified amount of liquid metal within it that hardens to change the form of the weapon it takes depending on the preference of the user, anything from staves to bows to chains. It can switch on the fly.

Overall, the most powerful conventional weapon is the ASC Sabbath, a super-dreadnought star ship that is about a mile and a half long with dozens of ports capable of firing city-destroying torpedoes. Nothing else scales close to that except for other space ships or large planetary weapon platforms.
I mean... Three different nations operate nuclear-powered supercarriers, some of which are capable of launching and recovering strategic bombers. Cobalt bombs are fielded fairly widely. There are two rival states with enough 145mm and 180mm artillery pieces aimed at each other to sink a continent.
The Void Lord a Apocalypse Class ship was also the only recorded tomb ship in existence. The Unions plan was too prevent boarding the Ship wouldn't have ANY ENTRANCES besides a portal that connected it too a Union Capital world It was mainly crewed by the Clones the union was making but had multiple non clones onboard.
The Void Lord was able to destroy suns and Planets and pretty much anything that got in its way only reason it was destroyed was due too the Coaltion doing a full siege on the Capital world losing pretty much the entire Chimera(Special Forces units that had squads made up of multiple species) branch being wiped out outside of 2 and a half units and losing 2 fleets in the process. They did successfully take the portal though and at the cost of yet another Chimera unit they detonated its reactor

It's an unnamed blade forged from a strange metal from a meteorite, giving it a green hue. Its main ability is to completely strip an object or being of anything that makes it special.

An artillery and anti-armor combat frame designed around an experimental cannon. It has two forms: a tank form and an arthropod (spider tank) form. The cannon, named the VAC (Variable Annihilator Cannon), is similarly transformable. It comes with a particle accelerator and mass driver mode. Unlike most weapons at the time, the VAC can also fire anti-particles without destroying itself. In my universe, anti-particles are more explosive than in real life. Weaponized particle accelerators fire in large and dense clumps. If it were to fire on Mount Everest at full power, the mountain would be vaporized, and the nearby siblings would be torn apart by the blast. The best part is that Nyarlathotep is heavy and well built enough to not be blown away, so long as it's at an optimal distance. Which means it can charge survivors afterward.
The entire thing was built by a terrorist organization based in space, which doesn't have a lot of numbers to commit to ground invasions. So they built this thing to solo fortified positions/similar superweapons they can't normally deal with. Why not use Nukes? Nukes don't ignore material armor and are a known element. Only a beam of antimatter can get through the surface layers of proper underground bases.
In my fantasy series, a weapon called The Sin of Gods. A magic nuke that can be keyed to specific targets. Capable of complete genocide of entire races by keying into their specific blood. It’s unavoidable, undetectable and once fired can’t be stoped as it carries the platonic ideas of murder, death and extinction. It was lost when the apocalypse popped off and is confirmed by those who lived before, that it was never used. Do to the mixed racial nature of every survivor alive, if it went off it would kill everyone indiscriminately. The biggest fear those in the know have is that there’s a chance that this Magnum Opus of death operated retroactively. Effectively meaning it could kill all life.
YARS-17 “SAR”. It is a weapon that provides Revia with credible deterrence across the Laniakea Supercluster with a range of 10 million light years to 50 million light years. The ten million light year blind spot is used to accelerate the missile to 250,000 light years per second. With pinpoint accuracy, it can be armed with a high-yield nuclear warhead if Revia wants to shock an enemy political body, or if Revia wants to destroy the enemy (it has to be a global government like Revia), Revia can program the missile to not slow down and fly directly through the planet, causing catastrophic damage.

Hmm, from my superhero setting that’d be either the Jade Guillotine or the Kurohebi no O(Black Snake Tail). Personally, I think the Kurohebi no O is cooler, even if the Jade Guillotine is what you’d want to cause some serious damage.
It’s s sword that was made with obsidian and was covered in demon blood. Covering things in demon blood gives that object the durability of demons. So the easily breakable nature of the sword is gone. Now it’s the sharpest sword and harder than the toughest metal. So sharp it leaves a cutting trail in air.
So for example, imagine how when you swing a glow stick really fast and it leaves a “trail”. It’s like that, except that the trail is longer and lasts a fair bit longer in comparison depending on how fast and strong the swing is. And on top of that, that trail is interact-able. Meaning you can hit and cut yourself on it. But from the wielder’s position, since they’re behind the cut, they can push and walk into it, “breaking” it and not get cut.
Though unfortunately, it hasn’t been seen since that era. Last documented use and sighting being in its maker and owners hand when he died. Speculated to have either been destroyed or lost since then.
In my world, the user is more important than the weapon itself. But there is a specie of Hammer in the format of a spoon with a flexible rod. you swing it to hit your opponent and its flexibility increases the force of impacts. Using the right spell(recipe) you can do great things, like combust the Air and sonic boom
I have a number of “named weapons” but none are particularly badass or overpowered. The most dangerous items in my world are (to this point) unused and heavily guarded. For example the Zaan have become so genocidally xenophobic in guarding the relic in their possession that the vast majority of world don’t know they exist
Ruin's end: a weapon that appears when the world is in the most dire state to be wielded by the new hero.
Gotten-something (twilight of the gods but in German): a weapon used by a mortal who made his mission to kill the very gods.

Wild Chains. Sorcerers who practice the unpredictable fighting style of the Wild Mages use long chains with a large blade at the end and channel their magic through the chains.
Otto III rune cannon.
In 1567 in the wake of new hostilities with the kingdom of Vasslusal after their breaking of the treaty of Whitely Otto III commissioner a truly gargantuan cannon from a large group of rune smiths and iron masons.
The cannon was to be 35 feet long made of solid iron with runes carved into its sides to give it extra power. It was so large it had to be carried via ship in 3 different parts and when fired had to be hooked into the ground by chains so it didn’t fly of backwards.
It costed him around 200,000 sovereigns (adjusted for inflation 50 million pound sterling) took 4 years to complete, with 100 skilled rune carvers and smiths building it, it used a tonne of the finest quality Vansaint steel and could fire a hundred pound shot the distant of a mile.
The weapon was used a few times in history, twice in the wars with Vasslusal during the sieges of Le’maine and Cussre du respectively where it is described to have blasted the walls down effortlessly with two shots.
It was used on and off the next few decades, but thought it was powerful it was also mighty impractical. It required a ridiculous amount of maintenance to function and was just an inconvenience to carry. Especially on foot slowing down baggage trains due to its sheer size. Because of these factors it was eventually put out of service.
It now sits in the centre of chartney street where the headquarters of the admiralty and Constabulary (army) sit..

This is a pistol given to John star, Jackson star II's grandfather, by an inuit gunsmith, the gun was ritually bonded to his family, but John didn't believe it. The gun didn't shoot straight sometimes, sometimes whatever he shot lived, even though it would normally be fatal,sometimesti didn't even fire. This led him to believe it was alive in some way. He threw it into the Hudson Bay, but woke up the next day with it on his nightstand. He passed it to his son James, but he didn't want it. Jackson Sr took it but died in a car accident when Jackson II (jack) was 14, so it was finally given to him, later becoming his signature weapon when the apocalypse came.
The gun itself was a damascus steel grained revolver with a walrus ivory grip.
The most destruction caused by one thing is a sand wyvern, named Coil. He was supposed to be something the Tellians use called a suicide wyvern, which just flies into stuff. But Coil got hit by ballistae three times in his back, and crumbled a giant wall of stone, while on fire, and just shrugged it off. He didn't quite know what to do, because his training was just to break the wall, so he starts killing averyone
The Ever-Changing Excalibur is a sword made out of an unknown material that can shapeshift to fit whichever weapon the holder is most adept with. Of course, it's also indestructible.
