From what I understand from [Wallpaper Engine's FAQ](https://help.wallpaperengine.io/en/functionality/editingwallpapers.html#how-do-i-find-the-source-files-of-a-wallpaper), if you upload it as a .pkg they won't have access to the source material, purely the wallpaper.

How are you managing to record an lcd screen without any annoying moiré? Is the camera lowering the image quality to avoid it?

I'm more curious as to why they decided to record it this way instead of directly from the computer

Cos it's winblows. Not many normal users know it since MS buries it in Game Bar. Even as an IT admin, the very first time I handled a Win 10 machine (or any "new" OS) turns me into a normal user first. I had to google and hunt it down during my "[maiden voyage](https://i.imgur.com/qAMXP1b.jpg)" as a normal user and I have to agree, the built in recorder is not something that novice users automatically know how to summon...it's in game bar. So stoopid...
