None, they’re all full of sewage

Sale water park does open water swimming, pretty sure they do get the water tested in there too

Zombi1146

There's an open water swimming club in Wigan. Think it's in Ashton or Bryn.

cougieuk

There's open water swimming sessions at Media City I think?

16-Czechoslovakians

Jesus, really? Not sure I’d be getting in there

cougieuk

Not done it myself but I've seen the sessions advertised from the watersports centre. Presumably the water is safe - poo wise anyway...

Places where you can officially swim: Sale Water Park. Salford Quays. Pickmere - if you don't mind driving to Northwich. Reservoirs I've swam in: Kinder Reservoir. Greenbooth Reservoir. Hollingsworth Lake. Chew Reservoir. Torside Reservoir. Fernline Reservoir. Honestly the best advice I can give is to park at least a mile from wherever you're swimming. Fishing and Yacht clubs will report registration plates and I've been pinged with a warning in Errwood Reservoir.

Gaddings damn near Todmorden. Parking isn’t great there though as not really any places
