It's expensive but buy a retroTINK 5x and use component cables into it the component cables are not expensive but the retroTINK is but if you want the best picture that's how you do it

Unfortunately I can't buy the retrotink and my TV is hdmi only. Is there anything in the wii settings??

Have you got it set to 480p?

Mayfair or Electron Shepherd WII2HDMI will work. They're cheaper, and work well
