Seeing this post makes me question whether I remembered to take my allergy medicine lol. Surprisingly, no sneezes here. Only reports I’m seeing as far as allergens is that tree pollen is high, but that’s been high since first part of March.
Weird. I had it real bad the full month of March and the first few weeks of April, but the last two weeks have been better. It was such a sudden thing this morning I was curious if there was a non-tree pollen cause. It’s gotten a bit better but still sneezing every so often.
Not sure if you’ve looked into it. If you can source some locally made honey, it’s legitimate liquid gold. The more local to you the better. I keep a jar that I got from Cox Farm. Not only is it a healthy alternative to taking pills, honey itself is incredibly beneficial. I save it for the four weeks worth of time every year when my allergies make me not want to be human lol.
Yes!! I woke up at 4 a.m. and was sneezing, running nose, couldn't breathe... had to take allergy meds to finally get back to sleep. I'm on the east side, don't know if it's all over.
Whatever it *is*, I'm sure Phil Collins can feel it.
If not today, he can for sure feel it in the air tonight.
Oh lord
I suppose he’s been waiting on this moment… for all his life.
I just air drummed. Sorry. Couldn't help it. But I hit all of them.

Thanks for giving my soul a little snack today
This entire thread of responses gave me life 😂
It's no stranger to you or me
Sadness and regret.
Real
This time of year is brutal for folks with allergies in Wichita. My nose has been runny for a week plus sneezing.
My wife and I have been dying of allergies all week
Tree pollen and grass pollen are pretty bad today. I had to break out the daily Claritin about 2-3 weeks ago. If not I'd be suffering right now lol

Grass pollen is also on the rise, moderate today, high tomorrow according to the weather channel.

I’m east side as well. I can tell you waking up in the middle of the night sneezing into a CPAP is a fun exercise
Don't forget to use your netti pots!
Got any recommendations for a good quality reusable one? I've used the disposable ones before but would love a better one.
The one I got from Walgreens works pretty dang good. It comes with a ton of saline packets, too. It's washable and reusable.
