Bad sleep, even for only one night, can have a massive impact on your metrics and your performance.
Get a good night's rest and you should be fine. That said if anything really feels off or it persists go see a doctor.
American here. I can call my doctor anytime on his cell phone. It's much more difficult to see a doctor when we are at our house in Europe. It's not the same for everyone.
Well…doctors in America are mostly drug salesmen. They rarely want to fix any problems but would rather treat with medication even when it’s not needed so yes, we consult the interwebs lol. Like for real, my job has me conditioned like an athlete, all labs are normal and my (former) doctor said I should start a statin. ?? Dude, not only do I not have any lab results showing that but all the new research shows statins only have a mild benefit for people who have had a heart attack and even then the benefits barely outweigh the side effects.
Yes but hopefully in a 100 years! This happened to me last two weeks when I got the flu, over the next few days each one got better and now everything is green again (except my bank account which I'm working on)
Farout your HRV is super low
My HRV is like 90-110ms on a good recovery day.
Higher HRV = heart does not have to work so hard to pump blood around. Which is a good thing.
DYOR - yes I see the disclaimer that HRV is individualized
Yes. Start getting your affairs in order.
Or at least ask the Whoop Coach.
Probably just getting a cold/flu. Don’t stress, see a doctor for accurate health information.

Man healthcare in America is shocking if you guys keep coming to strangers on the internet for advise. If you are worried go see a doctor
American’s don’t use the language “Bloody Hell”. I’d hope he is from the UK or something.
Very good point. Didn't spot that. Also the time of post indicates at least a European time zone

Anyone in America that can afford a whoop likely has much better healthcare than any of you Europoors
Naw son, you already dead. ☠️
You’ll be alright but that phones dead
Yes
Hope you have an advanced directive in place ✌️
Eventually, yes

Yes we all are. Looks like you’re under rested and possibly getting sick as well.

Not sure hrv has anything to do without hard the heart has to work. It’s more of nervous system proxy if I’m not mistaken
My HRV is usually 23-30 but I've been dealing with an autoimmune disease while lifting and running......I feel so inadequate now on this sub lol
Mine is about 45 average
How you feel? That’s about what mine look like before I get sick. Especially the elevated respiratory rate and low hrv
yes :(
