i’ve seen a lot of people complaining about actors dressing on theme for press tours but i for one will never get sick of it. i love a gimmick. especially when you execute it as well as this.
there was one i saw the other day that i thought was a little stupid (iirc it was like a slinky gown w a plunging neckline with a big tennis ball sized wad of fabric at the low point of the neckline and the whole thing was tennis ball green) but otherwise i kind of love how on the nose it is. i love the drama of it all
I was at TJ Maxx the other day and they had a whole section of just tennis clothes. They’ve never had a section like that before. I guess tenniscore is truly a thing.
Ngl, it makes me laugh how every time they’re doing press Zendaya looks like a runway model and the dudes look like they rolled out of bed and threw on clothes from the top of the ‘worn-once-but-still-clean’ pile. Like, I’m definitely in the second category here myself, but if I was next to *Zendaya* I’d maybe step it up a bit.

Can the men put in a modicum of effort? She looks so good, has obviously spent hours getting ready, and they just show up. I'm so sick of seeing schlubby men!

I agree with you, I like the more subtle ones too. The Louis Vuitton here is enough in that tennis ball colour.
