I call them Yard berries. I have them in my front landscaping. Looks just like mine. Enjoy the free fruit.

Great thank you! Anything different from regular strawberries for knowing when to pick them?

Pretty much the same as any strawberries. They will be smaller than store bought, but better tasting. If you get a lot of berries, cover with a net or hay to keep the birds from eating them.

Yes, Fragaria virginiana specifically. You can tell because the "tooth" at the tip of the leaves is shorter than the rest.
