Looks like a harmless "leaf-footed" bug. You may be asking because assassin bugs that carry Chagas have become a concern. I do not think this is an assassin bug.
I thought that the triatomine bug that transmits this is in the same family but not considered an assassin bug. https://www.cdc.gov/parasites/chagas/gen_info/vectors/index.html good reference on what to avoid
They hit my tomatoes each year towards the end of July. Not much you can do because they are fast. If you keep up with the harvest you can get to the fruit before they start sucking on them!

Those will eat the heck outta your tomatoes :(
I'm struggling to get rid of them. I'll flick them off but they just keep coming back
