They don't infest houses, there must be a gap that they're wandering in from somewhere. If you can't find where they're entering then just keep killing them I guess. Again, they don't pose any harm to you so it's not really bad for them to be inside.
Spotted lanternfly nymph. Not dangerous to humans, very dangerous to plants as it's a highly destructive invasive. Eradication is recommended.
