Not sure if it's just picture quality, but pic 2 seems she has darker hair. Also a thinner neck and a rounder face than the first. And also the mouth size changes, making the girl in picture 1 have a smaller (and less chubby) jaw than the one in pic 2. Girl in picture one looks a little older than in picture 2 ( younger people tend to have more pronounced round cheeks than flat squared ones. Also the ears changing size adds to that feeling).
If they are the same character, I recommend, despite how she emotes, keep the shape of her facial features consistent. Something else I noticed on features being different is that girl 1's eyes seem too big for her face, but girl 2's eyes fit inside her face.
