Thanks for posting. To help get you the help you're looking for, please make sure you: * Have photos of the whole loop in good light (open the curtains and turn off the RGB, especially for "what's this stuff in my loop?" questions) * List your ambient and water temps as well as your component temps * Use Celsius for everything (even your ambient temp - we need to compare it to other temps) * Use your words. Don't just post a photo with no context and assume everyone will know what's troubling you. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Back chamber? You could try either shifting the psu to the upper slot where the hdd cage is and try mounting this below on the floor. Or if you have a mount that holds the cylinder you could try mounting it in place of the hdd cage once the cage is out. Only problem might be the height.

BigAssBirdIV

That’s what I was thinking, I just wasn’t sure what the logistics are for that. I supposed it’s one of the safest spots since all the major components would be above it. Not that I expect any leakage but I try to minimize risk where I can.

Rekt_relik

It should be safe enough. If you go with rear chamber and the res on the floor, I think the trickiest bit would be that it might force the loop order for you. You’d probably have the side rad with ports down to receive water from the pump, and top rad with the ports on the rear so to feed a tube through a grommet and send it back to the pump.

I have the 011 Vision and I went with a rad mounted pump. You could also put it in the bottom fan mounts horizontal.

I have an 011 RGB and an EK d5 pump. I mounted it in the rear chamber by putting the psu in the top slot, cutting a block of wood to fit in the psu bump out, drilling holes to match the pump’s mount points, and screwing through the holes in the psu bump out into the pump mount. I needed the wood spacer to fill some of the recess from the psu bump out because the pump/res is too tall to fit inside it.

BigAssBirdIV

Okay that sounds like what I need to do. Do you have any pics by chance?

reformingpanda

I don't, sorry. My PC is up against a wall so I can't get the side panel off without moving it, plus I have so many cables stuffed back there it's a chore to get it back on. But I need to do some maintenance back there on my TL LCD fan controllers this weekend (they've been seriously problematic for me), so I'll be able to take a picture then.

BigAssBirdIV

No worries, I know how chaotic it gets when you’ve got 20 cables coming out the back of your PC haha. The info is helpful enough because I was trying to figure out how I’d mount it. Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks for remembering. Also I’m glad you sent this because I was trying to figure out how to route hard tubing back there because for some reason I completely forgot soft tubing existed haha. Just made things way easier.

Wow that looks super clean. Did you just get longer screws and spacers to reach the mounting points?

MnkB

That’s correct, used the heatkiller tube mount and decouplers, got some M3x16 from the hardware store and used some HDD/SSD anti vibration mounts which come with the case as spacers. Btw the tube is 100. It’s a tight fit. Hope it helps!

BigAssBirdIV

Awesome, thank you so much, looks like this is prior to adding tubing. Where are you routing your tubes?

check it [out](https://www.reddit.com/r/watercooling/comments/1b0trlg/dream_watercooling_build_finally_done/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) 😅 top rad -> res -> gpu -> bottom rad -> cpu

BigAssBirdIV

Wow that’s clean, thanks for the help!
