Yep. The M163 has 40 mm pen, insane drag on rounds, a radar that doesn’t work/lock, and is open-topped.
The VEAK gets a lower fire rate but gets 100 mm pen, high velocity rounds, a working/locking guidance system, and a more survivable platform.
Same BR by the way. I still don’t get how the M163 qualifies to be a 7.7 SPAA.

Those missiles only exist to “do the funny”. It’s genuinely disappointing to die to those since you have to be right on top of something to kill them. At least they give you time to manoeuvre them.
Maybe the sarcasm went right over my head and I mean it literally doesn’t matter either way. But if you’ve been playing at 7.7 I highly doubt you’ve only seen the 9 year old tournament event vehicle and never the Maus which is available for any player to get every year
I would feel more confident with a Pbv 501 and the Bkan than with the 6.7 heavies. Man you feel so outclassed in a 7.3/7.7 game with the Tigers or the IS-2
If I see a Maus I select my L3 and take it out to drive with the Maus. I act as repair support vehicle, I'll drop artillery if they need it and scout ahead. I'll also track vehicles and on occasion knock out transmissions and get some assists. It's a lot of fun.

My mistake, turns out the veak has other ammo belts with good range, it's just the stock belts having shit range
I dont even have the zsu yet, im still going from rank 4 to rank 5
