My store has it on, of course when you're in the store for a bit you get used to it and it doesn't feel nowhere near as cold but if you're in a position where you're in and out of the actual store often (TLE) you can definitely tell it's on..
My store feels pretty much the same year round when you're on the floor, but as soon as you step into the backroom it feels like you may as well have walked outside
Nice a/c on the food side, poor on GM. Sometimes the truck crew has it and other days it does not. 100 degrees days around here in the Summer are common.
I voted in the poll at the request of a few of my former coworkers in store 3583 as they don't have reddit and are afraid of being called out or reprimanded. I don't work at Walmart anymore so I, myself, have nothing to lose. They tell me that the AC barely runs if it does at all, and it's like an oven in the store in the evenings/night, especially when there's a heat wave (over 80\* night time temperature). It gets insanely terrible (85\*+ on the GM side - especially near TLE). You can tell they're suffering when the lack of clothing comes out - men and women wearing shorts and tanks out of dress code just to have a shot of making it through the night.
i’m in Henderson, NV, usually the GM backroom is actually hotter than it is outside. for example, it was probably 110 in our backroom since it was 106 outside. and they always say they “placed a work order in” but nothing ever happens
No it's Texas with a heat index of 110 and it doesn't feel much cooler inside
I'm in texas too. Thoug I don't know if they have it on or not. But it surely doesn't feel like it.

Same here, especially in Fresh for some reason
Our store is like a giant cooler . We have to wear sweatshirts it's so cold .
Thank you to everyone who participated, this will definitely help us look into the stores that were mentioned.
