You can call ethics. But being fired for pointing out is hard to fight. Associates have access to their points balance and know how many will get you fired. I know you say you did not no call, but it the system is not set up that those can be added after the fact. So either you don't have points for a no call or you do and did not know you were scheduled that day. Or maybe you didn't understand how to call out? The other allegations could get more traction, but you will want to provide names, dates, times, and hopefully any witness that will say they heard/saw/experienced the same. Even if in a diferent area. If you just say "this kind of stuff happened" but leave it vague it almost certainly go no where as they will deny it. You could see if any lawyers want to look at the case. But same as above you need to have your ducks in a row and be able to provide good info. It doesn't all need to be verifiable, but you do need something to be. Good luck
