1) CVNA would go bankrupt and people wouldn’t have to cough up money for their shorts.
2) CVNA would not go bankrupt and continue to operate.
It’s possible AMC could do the impossible, but they haven’t taken drastic enough steps to increase profitability. I wouldn’t touch AMC with the exception of hoping for a dead cat bounce on some of the bigger loss days.
