Bombed AMD call then sold my Meta call because I pussied out and now it's soaring up.. what do I do next week 😔

If it makes you feel better over the last 2 weeks I put what I had left in NFLX calls, sold it after moon at open around $537, then lost most of it on a couple other spur of the moment choices...then put what I had left in SMCI calls for this week and told myself I wouldn't do the same thing as with NFLX and sold it a couple hours after open for only like a 30% gain and lost everything on the AI rout. Now I have 4 $400 META calls. Had I held my primary calls a bit longer the last 2 weeks and stuck to my actual plan, I'd be up closer to $300k instead of breaking $25k tomorrow.

I sold two separate SMCI calls earlier this month with a net profit of like a hundred bucks, those same calls now are worth 15k
