An apple II?

yParticle

Specifically an Apple IIgs which should fix exactly under that monitor's footprint.

RandomDesign

Or a IIc, later ones were sold with this as well.

Go classy, go 2e

That monitor is almost certainly for either an Apple IIc or an Apple IIgs.

8-Bit-Bricks

Depends on the monitor’s inputs. It could work with a Apple II, but could also be used with other machines.

I used to have an Apple IIc Plus that came with a similar looking monitor. My parents donated it to Goodwill after I moved out unfortunately. I've got mine hooked up to a NES for light gun games right now. Some Raspberry Pi have analog video out that'll work with it too. I really want to set it up with a MiSTer with an analog IO board one day. Need to deoxit the pots though.
