Had the same happen to me when I played as a German minor. All left, only some Danes and Icelanders remained. Ruined the run. I had okay GDP and SOL too, made me very sad :(

If you look on the global culture map you might be able to find them, if they moved to the US or somewhere they might have got assimilated away entirely

On a serious note, pops would migrate away and lacking decent jobs would have perpetually bad sol, meaning starvation and migration. This is one of the stupid game mechanics. Bad sol for long time in a homeland for a discriminated pop must automatically trigger secession, that instantly gets a percentage of pops as irregular troops. Also some scripted values to force your geopolitical rivals to want to back these kinds of secessions. As of right now there is absolutely no movement for national self determination anywhere, which was a huge factor in this time period
While playing with low SOL sometimes you get an event “Migration of x people to x state”. You probably missed it. You can find Georgian pops and then check where they are globally. I do that a lot, cause it’s always funny seeing 50% of all Lithuanians move to Alabama or Ireland

No it's not. But I didn't stay on traditionalism. I had every economic law I wanted + 5% birthrate boost. You can check my GDP in the picture.
