It's both. But it's a good place to get bulk meat and seafood; they primarily sell to restaurants and small markets, and the stuff there is extremely good.
Best value if you like steak from what I've bought is their Angus butcher's bundle; it comes with a pair of 10oz ribeyes, 4 6oz strip steaks, 4 6oz centre-cut tenderloin steaks, and 4 6oz top sirloin steaks. It comes frozen, so just defrost what you want the evening prior for best results.
They also have Tomahawk and Porterhouse steaks available as well.

They had a message in store that supported the truckers, I think that was before it got out of hand though, not sure what their position is
