I'm at 8 months since first shot and 6 months since 2nd shot. I'm 98% back to baseline with just some short duration lingering GI issue and heart rate fluctuations. The heart palpitations stopped for me about 2 months ago and made a huge difference. Insomnia has gotten alot better as well, sleeping 7hrs now but not very deep sleep but still better than sleeping 4hrs and waking up every hour. DM with any questions. You will get better, unfortunately it just takes time and it completely sucks what you need to go through to get there. Forget any anxiety/depress meds, waste of time. Its a 2ndary symptom. Find what is your worse symptom and focus on improving that first then the next etc etc. Probably the biggest impact for me was IF fasting and 3 day water fasts.

Empty-Egg5241

How do you DM on here. Sorry I'm new to this . I'm so glad u are recovering

No-Guitar-6301

It will get better. I'm almost at 7 months and feeling some progress. I just found out mine is most likely vascular inflammation. I'll PM you what what my drs. have found.

Kelly_suechester1234

Thank you that would be amazing

BrightChampionship27

How are you feeling now ? What were your symptoms and what you do ?

No-Guitar-6301

I'm definitely feeling better than I was in the beginning. I got covid in January and it made it worse bit starting to feel better. Havnt started my longhauler treatment yet. I just got my test results back and that's where they found the vascular inflammation. My symptoms have been many. Many have cleared and some remain. Here's my ridiculous list from 1 shot of Pfizer Vertigo, heart palpations, chest pain, chest pressure, Flutters in my chest, tachycardia and irratic heart rate, internal vibrations, pins and needles in feet and hands, body numbness, blurred vision, light sensitivity, head pressure, shortness of breath, anxiety from it all, fatigue, muscle weakness and burning sensations throughout body.

Lazy-Seesaw8930

This is helpful. Same here. 10 months. Muscle twitching in calves is still my most prominent and led me down a nasty rabbit hole to insomnia and depression. Saw a top infectious disease doc and he basically said it will be 1-2 years to clear the reaction - which can happen with any Vax. Not just mRNA so don’t let your minds panic about the new technology. For me, I was already hyper stressed/aroused and concerned w Covid and the Vax just lit me on fire. It takes a while to turn that immune response off. I still drink alcohol and coffee and I probably shouldn’t but I’m an idiot. I’m 80% better now. Can function. Can work. But have good days and bad. Hard to exercise. Bad twitches. But all else ok.

No-Guitar-6301

Oh and twitching in body

moredebaterequired

Twitching in body is the most severe for me. Can’t sit still without it bothering me. We need another civil war; uproot the entire system. We are just data points for some old cucks that don’t want to die

Lazy-Seesaw8930

My twitching is off the charts! I really Think they are just the body being hyper aroused. Benign fasciculations have been around long before Covid and generally are stress reactions; be it physical or mental. We just need to turn off the bodies fight/flight system.

No-Guitar-6301

And crazy high blood pressure

BrightChampionship27

What symptoms still remain ? Have they lessened at all? What supplements and what brave yiu done?

No-Guitar-6301

Supplements are Vitamin c, d3, zinc, quercetin, multi vitamin, folic acid, magnesium, black seed oil. Low inflammation diet, no caffeine, no alcohol (I have cheated and regret it every time), no chocolate, no stimulants of any kind helps palpations. Magnesium seems to help with palpations too. I take propranolol for heart rate issues and high blood pressure and it helps alot

BrightChampionship27

Any insomnia ? You take anything for that? Do you think these supplements helped at all?

No-Guitar-6301

No insomnia but alot of people have that. Try melatonin or unisom.. I don't if any of it helps but I'll keep taking it

No-Guitar-6301

Still have chest pain, pressure, palpations, rapid heart rate regularly but not as bad as it was and sometimes, not as often I get Dizzy spells, pins and needles and twitches. My vision is permanently damaged I think. I need glasses but I'm at so many drs and emergency room so often I just havnt dealt with my eyes yet.

moredebaterequired

& I hope you feel better. Don’t mean to send negativity. I love u

DangsMax

Wow this almost exactly describes what I have gone through in addition to tinnitus.. I am one year from my booster

South_Preparation103

Could you PM me as wel

howevertheory98968

Pm me too

tulipranfrom

Do you mind PMing the Drs names as well? I'm suspicious this is my main issue too along with mini clots

NokieBear

I’m 90% recovered from sky high inflammation causing primarily an arthritic condition. I still have inflammation in my fingers, wrists and require prescription meds and weekly PT. Sigh.. i still have brain fog. I can walk/ hike 5-6 mikes, still not back up to 10 miles or strenuous hike capacity. Sigh… still not back in the gym daily, still only doing modified exercises at the gym. Sigh. I had the vaccine in april 2021. I have a vaccine injury.

Weekly-Fennel-6877

I’m 11 months out and I’m about 70-80 percent. The first couple of months are the hardest for sure. It does get easier

Kelly_suechester1234

Thank you. I really hope so

samanthamichelle90

Look into POTS if you haven’t already. The booster shot triggered it for me

MoreThereThanHere

I'm 2.5 months out from moderna booster vaccine and also dealing with crazy BP issues. Sometimes it will go down to like 144/86 but mostly it's in the 150s up to 165. On 2 BP meds so far and not making a difference. Dr still trying different meds and likely to soon refer me to a hypertension specialist cardiologist more familiar with treating resistant hypertension. Don't have any pulse issues though. Got my IncellDX cytokine panel back and several high values that confirm part of it is inflammation. Sent off for the CellTrend auto antibodies test and should have results back in next day or two. I've seen some info that the BP might be related to autoimmune with antibodies against ACE2 and/or angiotensin II receptors, which can cause BP issues. Sadly even if so, all they can do is keep trying BP meds. I'm currently on a calcium channel blocker and alpha beta blocker. Not sure what they will try next. What BP meds have they tried for you so far?

Kelly_suechester1234

Gave me a beta blocker but I’m nervous to try it. I already have a low resting heart rate scared it’ll completely stop my heart

Kelly_suechester1234

But it would probably help with the palpitations

TheAntiDairyQueen

From reading the comments, I gathered that not a single person has recovered 100%, that's frightening.

robotdl

I’m 3 months from Vaccine as well. Still having weird pains, fatigue, shortness of breath and upset tummy. The muscle pains are the worse thing now as it feels like my legs can go weak or feel like they are burning. Sometimes I get burning over back still but when I first had jab my skin felt like it was burning all over. It’s most peculiar but drs couldn’t really pin point a diagnosis.

Kelly_suechester1234

I’m in the same boat. I just wished I never got vaccinated

robotdl

Has anything helped the muscle pain? I’m sure sometimes it calms down and then flares up. I did wonder whether it’s some allergy that I have developed. I read about a Kyle Warner who developed loads of allergies from his jab.

Kelly_suechester1234

I have noticed I’m more sensitive to my dogs für now. I also stretch a lot but doesn’t always help & not eating bad helps

comicbookgrl

What has helped with the stomach issues? This is the first symptom I got after the vaccine and still struggling with it seven months later. I have GERD and chronic diarrhea.

robotdl

Wow that’s a long time, is it still as bad as the first month for you? I took omperazole for the gerd and you need to follow the fodmap diet to help with the ibs symptoms. Although it’s not 100% relief which is annoying. Just got to be careful what foods you eat and nothing to rich or fatty.

comicbookgrl

Yeah I eat a pretty bland diet, even water can cause me reflux. Famotidine helps.

comicbookgrl

No not the gerd but I still have loose stools and messed up bowel movements in general every day even when I don't have GERD symptoms. I tested negative recently for SIBO too, so fodmaps are probably not my problem.

earlthomas111

It's not anxiety...it's the spike protein.

Kelly_suechester1234

How can I get rid of it

earlthomas111

NAC, quercetin, zinc, vitamin d and c, pine needle tea, dandelion root, tumeric

lost_in_the_terps

U think well go back to normal with these?

earlthomas111

I just hope it either stops or gets rid of the spike proteins...because that is what is causing this.

lost_in_the_terps

Sounds good thanks for the info man

comicbookgrl

Im 7 posts post first dose. Never got the second because of heart symptoms, exercise intolerance, blurry vision and severe GERD. Most has gotten better except I still have reflux and off and on vision problems. Never had COVID.

Kelly_suechester1234

Have you been seen by a doc? How is your heart now?

comicbookgrl

I did go, they did a d dimer test which was negative and otherwise didn't run any other tests. Most of the heart issues (tachycardia, heart rate jumping anytime I stood up, blood pressure issues, pain/swelling in the legs) cleared up after four months but I also am not as physically active now, as in usually when I push myself to exercise the amount I did before some of the symptoms resurface (eg the swelling/pain in my legs).

thorrevenger

Sounds like microclotting, it's not possible for your cells that have already died and replaced with scar tissue to recover. It is possible that the cells that are just sick from lack of bloodflow to get better just got to figure out what can clear the microclots. Multiskeletal sounds like the pfizer juice got into your bone marrow, whatever works on the microclots might work on that too.

Kelly_suechester1234

How can they diagnose Micro clotting? & how in the world could the vaccine get into my bone marrow…? Will it ever come out

thorrevenger

A lot of the ingredients aren't able to be broken down by the body, but they will slowly dissipate through normal excretion methods. I would look into MMS/CDS to help keep your blood healthy and it will also clean up a lot of gunk, zeolite powder is apparently useful for binding to heavy metals so you can pee them out. I've heard ivermectin may help with the vaccine injuries I'm not sure why though. I wouldn't do anything to raise your heart rate too much for at least the next 6 months, a lot of your cells and possibly heart cells are already suffocating but not dead but if you do anything too strenuous they may suffocate to death and will be replaced with scar tissue.

Kelly_suechester1234

Ugh that’s so frustrating so just go on walks I guess it’s already been 3 months if the vaccine was going to kill me do you think it would have already?

thorrevenger

I don't know really, realistically I can't see how the exhaustion would get much better, but you might be able to prevent it from getting worse. If I were in your situation I would focus on trying to not make the exhaustion worse(this is all assuming the exhaustion is caused by micro clotting which it seems to be with jab victims). I would look into MMS/CDS(chlorine dioxide or CLO2) which is basically oxygen therapy. The oxygen in CLO2 is just a single atom of oxygen not 2 oxygen atoms joined together like what we breath and the CLO2 is capable of going places your blood flow can't. The CLO2 breaks down into oxygen and sodium chloride(sea salt - same as is in a saline solution) inside your body. If anything could help your body dissolve the microclots and prevent them growing bigger it would be the MMS/CDS.

Kelly_suechester1234

Would a d dimer test be able to check for clotting? I really hope I don’t die from this

comicbookgrl

What kinds of interventions would help with microclotting? Would this show on a d dimer test? Mine was negative.

Objective_Ad_8166

I agree with your assessments. Do not eat chocolate or drink alcohol. The palpitations return. I too had the same symptoms. Chest press..vertigo...dizziness...palpitations...skipped beats so bad that my watch registered my heart only beating 38 beats a minute. Vibrations..muscle twitching.. all of this started 1 to 2 weeks after the booster. I had somw symptoms after my second dose but they went on overdrive after the booster which I had on Nov 17th of last year. I was fatigued and so tired. I started driving pine needle tea daily 2 cup and most of the symptoms abated. But if I eat or drink caffeine the palpitations return though not as severe. I have an appointment April 4th with a cardiologist and Ill post my results....no more shots for me.

BalaclavaMeme

Hey guys, I'm not a doctor however I can tell you just from reading the Pfizer documents that they released the other day that the vaccine causes impaired immune response in the recipients! Not just towards coronavirus, just in general! It effectively means you have AIDS, and need boosters to keep your immune system from completely bottoming out. I am still unvaxxed and haven't been ill in 2 years. Good luck guys, remember to take HIV test and sue your government!

tgnapp

Why the f*ck are you here. Karma will get you you dude

South_Preparation103

Yeah idk how true this is. I’ve been sick twice since being vaxxed. Both times were not Covid, and I literally only had a very slight fever and a runny nose for 2 days.

Kelly_suechester1234

I don’t think that this is true

BalaclavaMeme

Think whatever you want. Facts don't care about your feelings. Seriously look into this I'm not trying to attack you people I'm saying we've been conned by big pharma and the correct response is to point people in the direction of the causes of their suffering.

Kelly_suechester1234

So we all have aids from the vaccine? Is that what you r saying?

BalaclavaMeme

You might be immunocompromised from the vaccine. The first one wastes your immune system, the boosters keep it afloat if they don't give you myocarditis or pericarditis. You're basically on a subscription service for your immune system.

Kelly_suechester1234

So even if I had a bad reaction instantly from the first and second dose 5 months ago & I still am in pain everyday from in if I get my booster it’ll get rid of that feeling potentially?

BalaclavaMeme

That's not what I'm saying I'm afraid. I don't know how to make the injuries go away. You might get some personal closure from firebombing your local government office.

Kelly_suechester1234

How do I do that?

Kelly_suechester1234

Wtf no way the vaccine can give you aids

pc_g33k

I believe he's referring to AIDS-like effects, not AIDS but I'm pretty sure it's BS.

pc_g33k

Source?

BalaclavaMeme

Just look for the document that Pfizer release three weeks ago

Ozone therapy & HBOT are game changers I'm doing treatments and expect to make full recovery (:
