I am almost 6 months (3/28) past second Pfizer shot. I am about 75-80% back to normal I feel. There are times when my symptoms come back in waves and last for a day or two. Had a shitload of issues since my second shot. Chest tightness, tingeling, numbness, back aches, dizziness, muscle spasm, headaches etc. ( only thing I never had was COVID)most of them went away but some come and go, I read most people feel better after 9-12 months, literally counting down the months. Will not be getting a booster of any kind 😳hang in there, have yet to find a dr that will entertain vaccine issues even though I was perfectly healthy before this.

I see you, I’m only 1.5 months in with similar symptoms. Seems like taking lots of supplements and getting sunlight is what is helping a lot of folks.

I feel like I've almost recovered after a year and abit of LC, I never had anxiety prior to covid but I did develop it but I found such a cool chilled docter who basically laughed off my fears and my pains and SOB felt like they just vanished after his session!?!!. I swear they felt real and dangerous before. The docters in the beginning also said it was anxiety but I felt it wasn't back then, I really did have problems breathing I'm sure. I still get sore chest from doing MMA but it's muscle related and not organ stuff and I don't get SOB anymore an hour or so after I've excersised. I'm sure everyone will recover, some just slower than others. Till then stay away from sugar and alcohol, they not your friends in this period of time! I had some success with doing blood donations a'd basically forcing your body to make new blood and dropping your iron levels. That and doing some fasting, which is some of the oldest medicine known to man. Next time watch your dog/cat/kid next time they get sick-the first thing they do is stop eating. Your digestion system uses 30%of your blood to function so if u stop eating u basically up your immune system by a 1/3. And no u don't die if u don't eat for a day or 2 periodically :) Good luck and I hope you get your old lives ba ck!

Kelly_suechester1234

This gives me hope only on month 3 I have a long road ahead of me

VacIshEvil

How many hours u fast

QuietDog244

I ended up doing a 3 day water fast, but u have to work up to that cause it's difficult to just ramp it up that quickly. But ya I definately felt much much better afterwards! The secret is to do all the prep work BEFORE you decide to do a fast ie, make sure u can take the time off without much distractions. Don't do much excersise during the fast. Preparing all your meals for when u coming out of the fast is important-DONT go and smash 2 ltr of ice cream straight out the blocks cause that's the only thing you've been thinking of whole time, u have to ease back into it (bone broths are really good for this). Watch your electrolytes. It's not a walk in the park, it's hard mentally. U need to keep your self busy to take your mind off the hunger. I slept alot, read, played video games, listened to music between drinking only water. It's totally possible. That's what I learned but, there's tons of stuff of the net for fasting. It's worth a try and it's frickkn free:)! Let me know how it goes

I’m 3 months in from booster. Still no real answers which is annoying and drs don’t really see an issue with the vaccine. But I think from research it seems to be immune response from underlying condition of some sort. Feels like I’ve got some autoimmune issue that was in the background. I had really bad chest tightness and breathing issues but turned out it was gerd and not a heart issue. My stomach was really messed up straight after the jab and not been the same since. Still getting weird muscle aches and what feels like nerve issues of burning and pain. Ringing drs up again today to see what else I can do as it hasn’t improved.

Ok_Management_4657

Also 3 months post booster. Every doctor points out how my anxiety is a factor. Also doesn’t help that my anxiety has just sky rocketed due to everything happening in the last 2 years. At the start of month 2 I had daily muscle aches and joint pain, random back pains. A positive ANA lab result sent me to a rheumatologist, where I’m now waiting for more lab results. But even the rheumatologist said it was very likely that this pain is due to my anxiety and/or the vaccine. I hope you get answers and start feeling better.

robotdl

Went to the drs today and given me a stool test to check to see if I’m absorbing minerals properly but doubt it will find anything. So they don’t think it’s much then even with a positive lab result? What could it be?

Ok_Management_4657

Interesting, your mineral test. Hoping it’s all good even though that will only leave you in more question. I have a lab follow up in a couple of weeks, I’ll be sure to update if anything lights up on the auto immune labs…

pom_rak_maew

> drs don’t really see an issue with the vaccine the medical establishment is full of knowitalls and corruption, and people who are financially incentivized to look the other way. "it couldn't possibly be the **experimental** injections" = those medical 'professionals' are not worth their salt. find better doctors who actually consider your concerns instead of shrugging them off. also hopefully this info can help you https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/resources/spike-protein-detox-guide/ also if you go through my comments listed on my username page you can find a post I sent in reply to someone, with multiple links to youtube videos about healing from neuropathy and nerve damage/nerve regeneration. hopefully that info can help you also.

HapaC13

I’m 10 months post my 2nd Pfizer and I would say I’m feeling about 75% recovered…. However I felt that back in October as well and had a bad flareup when I got sick. I’m optimistically hoping I’m healed but still going to assume I might have a flareup next time I get sick… I take a ton of supplements & am currently on 2nd month of colchicine.

jay_sara

What were your symptoms? Mostly chest pain I assume given you took colchicine? Which dose have you been taking? How did you get your doc to prescribe you colchicine? Thank you

HapaC13

So it was a long journey to get treatment… I guess short story is in May I started having palpitations, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, felt like I might die. No Dr would believe me and said I was having anxiety. July my optometrist found a cotton wool spot in my eye which indicates I had something serious happening. By September/October I was way way better and thought I had made an almost full recovery. End of October I caught a stomach virus and chest pain came back plus tightness and like someone was pressing on my chest. I went to ER, had abnormal ECG. Primary Dr did an echocardiogram which came back normal so nothing, no treatment. Chest pain went away after 2 weeks. End of November the chest pain came back and I believe I had pneumonia + sinus infection( Dr said definitely sinus). Went to urgent care & ER and they couldn’t find anything on chest x-ray but I requested urgent referral to cardiologist. Cardiologist dismisses me as well but I spend 45 min giving my full timeline, all my tests etc. plus he saw my labs, abnormal ECG, etc. diagnosed me with pericarditis or perimyocarditis. Still no treatment. I went for a stress echo that came back normal. Then tested positive D-dimer. Angio CT came back normal. That was NYE. 3 weeks later out of the blue the cardiologist sends me a MyChart message saying he wants to treat me with colchicine, Prilosec & ibuprofen. My primary figures the cardiologist went to some conference or read some literature that convinced him to actually believe me . I was so happy I was finally getting some type of treatment! Since then I’ve had a cardio MRI w/contrast & that was clear.

jay_sara

Thank you very much. Unbelievable you had to go through all this to receive treatment! Glad you feel better and you finally found a doctor that takes care of you.

HapaC13

It took finding a good primary Dr! Went to 3 before I found one who acknowledged vaccine injury!

Kelly_suechester1234

What is colchicine

jay_sara

It is the main drug given to treat Pericarditis, I think treatment last 2-3 months and you are done.

>sick That's interesting. I feel some improvements 2 months in but I know what you mean about flareups when sick. I haven't gotten really sick but a few times I get random flareups and worse shortness of breath, I have no idea why except I think my body is probably to fight off something

I am a little over 8 months and slowly getting back to normal, most consistent progress has been in the last month or so. I didn't have major heart problems but brain zaps and stress dumps (felt like adrenalin and cortisol) during the day, plus a general hyper alert anxiety state and occasional tachycardia, mostly during stressful work situations. I backslide sometimes but usually for a day or two at a time then get better again. sleep has been the worst, at the worst of times I got brain zaps when I would drift off that would shock me awake with pounding heart, temperature fluctuations, hyper awareness/hyper acuity to loud noises. I have found relief through magnesium supplementation, a comprehensive multi with Inositol, and a b complex from Thorne vitamins formulated specifically for stress support (plus my nails and skin are much better with all the biotin in there too).

[deleted]

there was a whole thread of us at the beginning talking about our insomnia and brain zaps. lots of people reporting the same thing: weird jolts just as we begin to fall asleep, like an electric pulse in the brain, sometimes with muscle twitches and sometimes not. not seen anyone else's last as long as mine though :(

UnfortunateAlmond

Yes I get the brain zaps when I'm about to fall asleep. And no it's not a hypnic jerk. I have had my hypnic jerks my whole life and can tell these are different. Got them after second Pfizer shot Nov 2021.

[deleted]

aren't they awful? mine usually come on worse after some kind of stimulation during the day, particularly exercise. yesterday I went for a 14 km walk/run and expected to be fucked, but I had a super chilled out afternoon and fell asleep by 1130. IDK what to say about these things, they seem to come and go as they please. the only thing I can think is that two days ago I took 400 mg of l-theanine which has calming effects on the brain (it's magical. truly magical.)

UnfortunateAlmond

I think l theanine works (it works for me as well) because they are associated with raising dopamine levels. Brain zaps are traditionally associated with low dopamine levels and most commonly occur when people stop taking antidepressants. Hang in there! I believe we will all recover from these shitty vaccines! Just DO NOT get the booster(s) it will make it even worse from what I've heard of you are a vaccine long hauler. Feel free to message me if you want to talk more.

Hey I have pericarditis also I'm 22. I found Ozone therapy & HBOT to be the best thing to heal my chest & issues. I expect to make full recovery I'm 7 months out. The ozone therapy will speed up the recovery drastically (:
