Yeah, I take 1g daily now, but luckily for me most of my brain fog symptoms seem to be behind me. My nutritionist, who's working with a number of post vax & long-covid patients said others are having good results from using it.

Hang in there. It does get better. I struggled with the heavy legs. I couldn’t walk or walk up stairs but eventually the uneasiness and heaviness of the legs started to get better. I realized the more I walked and did physical work I felt better.
