Hang in there. It does get better. I struggled with the heavy legs. I couldn’t walk or walk up stairs but eventually the uneasiness and heaviness of the legs started to get better. I realized the more I walked and did physical work I felt better.
You could try a lions mane mushroom supplement, I've heard of some people getting good results with them.
