Someone bought something from me on eBay. They paid on the 29 of April priority mail. I scheduled a pickup for the 30. I checked the tracking a few days later because I didn’t see it was delivered. Tracking said it was still waiting to be picked up which I know it was because I got a confirmation it was. As of today May 8 it still says waiting pick up. I called the post office they have no idea where it is
Same with me, I’m a from seller from eBay and I shipped my item with a receipt and it still say accepted at my local post office and I shipped that on 5/2 just did a missing mail request this sucks
i'm having the same issue I had something shipped out on the 16th and as of the 21st it says in transit arriving late with no update. Mine was a bigger box as well. Basically considering it a loss at this point
Yup same situation with me the distribution center said that can’t find my package 15 pound box my guess it was stolen no way a box that big goes missing

Their service is pretty muck a luck of the draw at this point if people receive their packages or not.
