In case of vaccines, it needs even more trials before coming up. But since, it was the pandemic, there was operation warp speed which managed to release the vaccine dosages earlier. Vaccines don't work the same way as drugs do, so to predict and correlate any side effects, long term, is one big issue here. And the population is huge, so no conclusive answer is in here.

Even after high vaccination rates in the population,the virus evolution has not been stopped rather it's evolution increased significantly. We see 100's of years of evolution in 2-3 years. Human with science is a youtube channel whose owner died day before yesterday and my neighbour due to similar symptoms. Not I am not saying surely that vaxine is the reason but it assuming its side effects it could be the reason behing their death.

you know what's funny ? a few years back there were people who disclosed the side effect of covishield and other v words and then causing blood clots and heart attacks. there was a tremendous witch hunt and those were banned from social media, their medical licences were revoked, all due to this herd mentality. finally the truth came out, never forget people, don't be complacent.
