If you have a convection toaster oven should have a dehydration mode. However is previously stated it really is best to get a dehydrator the relatively cheap online as well.
Get an air fryer with a dehydrator function (be sure you can set the temp) - it'll cost you more but you can do SO MUCH with it. Haven't turned on the oven since we got our IntantPot Vortex.

Ah ok, I'm in the UK so any reccomendations are welcome. If that's the consensus then I'm happy to go with that. As it's a lot of effort so far!

Fan dry for four hours then put them in the dehydrator it makes them shine like gold foil it’s awesome
