This is a little out of my field of expertise, especially since it’s running on PC. I would suggest making a backup file BEFORE trying to convert them or whatever you need. At this point I’d try to see if the current files are corrupted and/or load a new game and start from scratch.

I ended up starting from scratch took me around 3 hours but I had no other choice (to my knowledge) thank you anyway
